Tenmil is a CMMS and EAM platform built for companies that run heavy equipment: construction and earthworks contractors, aggregates producers, and mining operations. It brings asset management, work order management, parts inventory, purchase orders, and financial analysis together in one system, so maintenance data entered once flows through to costs, histories, and fleet-level reporting. Preventive maintenance in Tenmil is built around how heavy equipment actually works. PMs can run on hour meters, calendar schedules, or both, with meter readings coming from field entry or a telematics feed. Inspections document machine condition, failed items feed the backlog, and fault code alerts surface developing problems early. Costs are where Tenmil goes deeper than a typical CMMS. Every closed work order rolls labor, parts, and outside services into the asset's cost history. In the field, the Tenmil mobile app works fully offline: crews create work orders, request parts, and check their time cards from the shop, the yard, or the job site.
