Tenmil

Tenmil is a maintenance management system for heavy equipment fleets in construction, mining, and earthworks. It integrates asset tracking, work order management, inventory control, and financial analysis into one platform. Crews can log repairs from shops, yards, and job sites while tracking inventory and costs in real time. Using a shop rate allocation method, Tenmil calculates cost-per-hour metrics, factoring in labor, parts, tools, training, and compliance. It tracks component lifecycles, downtime, parts usage, and ownership costs, offering insights into fleet operations. Features include inspection documentation, backlog management, fault code alerts, warranty tracking, geozones, and time card management. Tenmil connects with ERP systems, accounting software, telematics platforms, fleet tools, and scheduling applications to unify maintenance data across business systems. Tenmil's mobile app works fully offline: crews create work orders, request parts, and check their time cards.
