**What do you like best about Temi?**

Once transcribed, the content can be edited. For example, speakers' names can be added while on Temi's site. Once Downloaded, the text is easy to correct allowing for sharing a polished transcription.

**What do you dislike about Temi?**

I prefer to be able to do all edits on the site. That way, my polished transcript is permanently on my Temi dashboard. However, this is not an available feature.

**Recommendations to others considering Temi:**

Temi offers a free trial that includes one transcript for audio under 45 minutes. They offer access to all features. No credit card is required.

**What problems is Temi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem solved is time management. Instead of stopping and rewinding a recorded interview, I can look at the transcription to quickly find content and that "perfect" quote or two for my story. As a result, my stories are much easier to produce, practically stress-free now that I use Temi.
