# Which Advocacy Platforms Enable Grassroots Mobilization and Stakeholder Outreach Together?

NationBuilder (4.2/5, 108 reviews): Action Pages scores 91%, Volunteer Management scores 88%, and Engagement Tracking scores 89%. Reviewers describe centralizing website, email, donations, and supporter data in one place, with one reviewer specifically noting they know who their most engaged supporters are and have built lasting relationships with them through the platform.

Democracy Direct (4.2/5, 15 reviews): Action Pages scores 88%, Volunteer Management scores 87%, and Engagement Tracking scores 86%. Its review base is small, but reviewers describe it sorting and segmenting supporters by criteria like legislative district, and keeping track of correspondence with legislators over time.

Quorum (4.3/5, 176 reviews): Worth flagging as the tradeoff case. It's the highest G2 Score Leader in the category, but its GOTV Tools (59%) and Volunteer Management (59%) scores are notably weaker than its legislative-tracking strengths. Reviewers consistently describe it in terms of data, dashboards, and bill tracking, with essentially no mention of volunteer or grassroots mobilization use cases.

Is the priority mobilizing a broad base of supporters, or managing ongoing relationships with a smaller set of stakeholders? Quorum's strengths lie elsewhere on this list.

The distinction between supporter mobilization and stakeholder relationship management is useful because the underlying workflows are quite different. I’d test whether supporter actions, volunteer activity, legislative-district data, and correspondence with individual stakeholders actually remain connected in one usable record. Otherwise, a platform can technically support both workflows while teams still reconcile the relationship history manually.
