I left Tellus because I was deeply concerned about multiple payment issues we had that raised questions about where money was being held and whether it was safe. I had tenants who were double charged without consent, payments that failed without notification to either the tenant or me, and payments that were made by the tenant but were "stuck" in payment processing for over 14 days until I contacted support. In addition, Tellus' lack of a web-based login option wasn't accessible for some tenants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
