**What do you like best about Tellus?**

The only good thing about Tellus was that it was free - but you get what you pay for.

**What do you dislike about Tellus?**

I left Tellus because I was deeply concerned about multiple payment issues we had that raised questions about where money was being held and whether it was safe. I had tenants who were double charged without consent, payments that failed without notification to either the tenant or me, and payments that were made by the tenant but were "stuck" in payment processing for over 14 days until I contacted support. In addition, Tellus' lack of a web-based login option wasn't accessible for some tenants.

**What problems is Tellus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tellus created more problems than it solved. It did provide an online payment platform that worked sometimes.

**What do you like best about Tellus?**

They offer the highest APR of any online banking solution, because they use real estate to offer up 17x more than traditional savings accounts! Best of all, it's free!

**What do you dislike about Tellus?**

There are some limitations in regards to minimum balance and earning APR, but it's low compared to savings accounts at traditional banks. It's pretty straightforward otherwise!

**What problems is Tellus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's truly helping to save money in the long run, and earn competitive APR, unlike any other savings solution! I don't have to worry about my savings at all!
