I love the ease of navigation - it's laid out very well and requires minimum clicks to get to where you want to go. Some of the reporting features are not intuitive, the software also glitches occasionally after updating a candidate's profile - e.g - I add a new phone number and click 'save' but then I have to refresh the page in order for it to take.
