I use TeamTrace to track my GTM execution plans and manage 150+ tasks across multiple projects. I really like that I can assign tasks to my team and other specialists, track progress, and create realistic timelines with minimal meetings. One of the biggest benefits is being able to look at reports and have a bird's eye view to identify exact bottlenecks, which is a masterstroke in organizational level planning. I'm satisfied with the current features, and TeamTrace has eliminated the need for multiple tools like Jira, Timedoctor, Keka, and others for me, making it a bundled package.
