"Why is Teamsy great Performance Management tool?"
What do you like best about Teamsy?
Teamsy is PM tool that helps companies to build a feedback culture and improve employee performance. Teamsy is easy to use, with free basic modules that are more than enough for companies to establish a continuous performance management process & create a workplace where employees feel appreciated. Analytics is something that ad value to all PM processes. With that possibility, seeing which teams are overperforming and what processes the company needs to improve can be a powerful tool for Top Management. I will recommend Teamsy to all companies interested in establishing PM culture in their organisation, especially since basic modules are free and will always be like that. What do you dislike about Teamsy?
Integration with MS Teams and Outlook will also add value to this app, but i get info from Teamsy team that that will be the next big thing in a couple of months. Other things are great, so there is no something that I dislike about Teamsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Offers the right set of features to manage Performance Management effectively. It is customizable and flexible so it allows organizations and users to tailor it to their specific needs as approaches vary depending on the organization.
Easy to use and set up.
Keeps the process organized and all data in one place.
Analytics is quite convenient as it gives a quick state of the overall performance-related metrics, and it points out the potential problems. This way we can react promptly.
