What problems is Teamsy solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We enabled employees to express themselves anytime through the Feedback module or by scheduling a 1-on-1 meeting with their desired colleagues.
2. Our annual and half-yearly discussions with the employees have already been scheduled through Teamsy. We are slowly working on defining the agenda within the Assessment module so that everyone knows what to expect and how to prepare on time.
3. Our Company, Teams and Individual Goals are defined and entered in Teamsy so that we can track their progress every day.
4. Through the Analytics module, our Top Management monitors the daily progress in achieving goals and the productivity of all teams and employees. In this way, we recognise top performers, as well as areas for development and improvement, and based on that, strategic plans for further business are created.
