user friendly and efficient and cost effective

**What do you dislike about Teamsy?**

potential for bias in evaluations, uneven workload distribution among team members, slower decision-making due to diverse opinions, communication complexities, difficulty in assigning clear accountability, increased stress and burnout among team members, and challenges in managing conflict within the group.

**What problems is Teamsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Role abiguity where the team members may be unclear about their roles and responsabilities, which can lead to confusion and sometimes even to conflict

**What do you like best about Teamsy?**

Teamsy is PM tool that helps companies to build a feedback culture and improve employee performance. Teamsy is easy to use, with free basic modules that are more than enough for companies to establish a continuous performance management process & create a workplace where employees feel appreciated. Analytics is something that ad value to all PM processes. With that possibility, seeing which teams are overperforming and what processes the company needs to improve can be a powerful tool for Top Management. I will recommend Teamsy to all companies interested in establishing PM culture in their organisation, especially since basic modules are free and will always be like that.

**What do you dislike about Teamsy?**

Integration with MS Teams and Outlook will also add value to this app, but i get info from Teamsy team that that will be the next big thing in a couple of months. Other things are great, so there is no something that I dislike about Teamsy.

**What problems is Teamsy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We enabled employees to express themselves anytime through the Feedback module or by scheduling a 1-on-1 meeting with their desired colleagues.
2. Our annual and half-yearly discussions with the employees have already been scheduled through Teamsy. We are slowly working on defining the agenda within the Assessment module so that everyone knows what to expect and how to prepare on time.
3. Our Company, Teams and Individual Goals are defined and entered in Teamsy so that we can track their progress every day.
4. Through the Analytics module, our Top Management monitors the daily progress in achieving goals and the productivity of all teams and employees. In this way, we recognise top performers, as well as areas for development and improvement, and based on that, strategic plans for further business are created.

**What do you like best about Teamsy?**

Offers the right set of features to manage Performance Management effectively. It is customizable and flexible so it allows organizations and users to tailor it to their specific needs as approaches vary depending on the organization. 

Easy to use and set up. 

Keeps the process organized and all data in one place. 

Analytics is quite convinient as it gives a quick state of the overall performance related metrics, and it points out the potential problems. This way we can react promptly.

AI feature - Goal helpper is innovative way to support managers and employees who don't have experience or struggle setting goals.

I haven't noticed anything so far, all good

Keeping process simple and streamlined.
