Does usage reporting actually break down by patron type and material category, or does it mostly just give a total checkout count that doesn&#39;t tell you much about what&#39;s actually working?

&lt;p&gt;I’d define implementation success against a baseline rather than the number of reports available. If circulation by subject, holds, overdue rates, or low-use inventory changed after go-live, that tells a much clearer story. The reporting system becomes useful when a librarian can connect those trends to an actual purchasing, weeding, or programming decision.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Circulation by title or subject would be the monthly report I’d care about most, especially when paired with holds and low-use items. That data can directly change purchasing, weeding, and collection priorities instead of just proving activity happened.&lt;/p&gt;
