"Tradebyte e-commerce integration platform for Galaxus"
What do you like best about TB.One by Tradebyte?

The support and on-boarding is very good. Very responsive, though remote, always moved us ahead and very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TB.One by Tradebyte?

1. The UI just sucks, it's like Salesforce from the 1990's!

2. The complexity is unreal, for such a simple thing.

3. Lack of direct API integration to Galaxus (like are you guys real, that I have to use another platform to connect to Galaxus)!

4. Expensive for what it does. A monthly fee and a transactional fee, then these con account management fees (they are like a restaurant adding a tip to your bill without asking).

5. Their contracts are a con, who has a minimum of 2 years as a SaaS platform. It's not SaaS, its SaaS dressed in Enterprise License clothing.

6. The API keeps failing, so you can't trust the product data feed to be correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
