The implementation of the technology has been a big problem. The onboarding process was a nightmare, with technical issues and a long completion timeline. It's been more than a month, and we are still trying to work out the most basic things.
Many basic functionalities, such as uploading a logo, required assistance because of bugs. The final video output was disappointingly robotic, making it unusable for our campaigns long term.
