Why is that imporatant - because the previous package I used didn't allow that and that greatly pushed up the cost per video. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** It was quite a shock to discover that if I didn't use the minutes that I had paid for each month then they would be lost for ever. I hadn't appreciated that at the outeset (before you ask, yes it did say that in the terms and conditions, but I missed the point). When I flagged my concerns to the support desk all they could do is to tell me - "Well, it's just like with unused minutes on your mobile contract". Not to me it isn't, it just left me with the impression the company fits into the 'Money Grabbing' category. This left a sour taste and I will no longer be recommending the product to others. It is the only AI tool, as far as I know, that supports multiple avatars in one scene. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** The lip sync is sometimes a little bit unnatural when compared with other similar tools, but that is not a big problem for us. By presenting knowledge through speakers and Slides / Screenrecordings it makes learning videos real fun and way better, then a boring power point presentation. Once you get to know the tool, which doesn't take long it is really easy to make a video and you don't need a recording studio or special skills to make stunning learning videos. **What do you dislike about Colossyan Creator?** When using 2 narrotors / conversation there is no way I can add marker points for fading in screenrecordings or designs to show things. It is only possible by the % bar, which makes it quite tricky to get the right start and end points of the screenrecodings beeing shown. Also when doing a screenrecording it only reads the first part of the conversation. Would be great to read the whole slide, so one can mae a screenrecording in one go and then also have the marker points in converstions as well like one has in the on narrotor script. Also the error messages could be clearer it took me half an hour to make the video but nearly the whole day to figure out why it is not generating the video, It was due to a word I (on purpose for pronouncation) misspelled in the script. I first needed to add it to the dictonary to start the generating of the video. The interface is easy to interact with and uploading own video content does not take ages, as it does with one competitor. Also, the tool evolves: the capabilities are better and more efficient since I started at the beginning of 2023. Generating a video has become quicker and small hiccups have been adressed.
