**What do you like best about Task Integration Bus?**

Task Integration Bus effectively links my ServiceNow instance with the external ticketing system, meaning there is no need to manually feed data. Real-time data synchronization is helpful in avoiding the creation of data inconsistencies between the two systems.

**What do you dislike about Task Integration Bus?**

I use detailed reports to monitor the status of a particular project, to analyze where the problems are, and to assess the team’s productivity. Task Integration Bus does not offer the means of creating reports as to the flow of data between the systems.

**What problems is Task Integration Bus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Task Integration Bus, problems have been solved because data transfer and synchronization have been made automatic. This has therefore relieved me and my team from spending much of the time working on tickets as opposed to working on administrative tasks.
