**What do you like best about Tanso?**

I like the easy use and the very understandable structure of Tanso. The customer service offers very good support, and the team is ready to implement customer requests. Additionally, it is flexible and allows for an easy language switch between German and English. Particularly helpful are the text suggestions for the points of the ESRS. The initial setup was very easy, especially the establishment of the organizational structure.

**What do you dislike about Tanso?**

That would be cherry-picking, nothing noteworthy comes to mind here.

**What problems is Tanso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tanso helps with the preparation for the CSRD reporting obligation. It offers easy use, understandable structure, flexible language switching, and provides text suggestions for ESRS.
