The ability to view product information and add new products has been very helpful. Mohammad Reza, the regional support staff member, responds to questions promptly and provides thorough, clear explanations. He has consistently been an excellent resource, always offering kind, professional, and helpful assistance. He regularly goes above and beyond to support our team, and I truly do not think I could have completed my project on time without his outstanding support and dedication. I ran into a lot of bugs when transferring from Revit to the cloud, and the cloud side also feels overly complicated to use. By comparison, Tally is much more user-friendly. One Click LCA was my first hands‑on exposure to carbon measurement and sustainability, introduced in clear and manageable steps. I valued the structured guidance and strong onboarding support. The platform connects core sustainability elements—from EPDs and standards such as BREEAM and RICS to practical workflows including Revit integration—into a cohesive experience. In my case, I worked with the platform through several pilot Revit examples and benefited from a consultation hour with One Click LCA professionals, who provided guidance at different stages of those pilots. While I did not reach final results yet—mainly because the Revit models still require updates at the structural design stage and in family definition and naming—the experience was valuable in clarifying the correct setup and approach. What I appreciate most about One Click LCA is how effectively it brings structure and clarity to what is otherwise a highly technical and demanding process. The platform breaks down EPD development into logical, manageable steps, making it far easier to organize data, maintain consistency, and ensure accuracy across multiple projects. Its integration with trusted databases and automated documentation features significantly reduces manual work and minimizes the risk of errors. A major part of my positive experience has also been the exceptional support I’ve received. Since April 2024, I have been using One Click LCA. Mr. Ricardo Regi has been consistently reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive in guiding me through the platform. His ability to explain complex requirements, troubleshoot issues quickly, and provide practical advice has been invaluable. His support has improved my understanding of the tool. What I like most about One Click LCA is how it simplifies a very complex process like EPD development. The platform provides a clear and structured workflow, making it easier to compile, manage, and verify large amounts of data efficiently. The integration with reliable databases and the ability to generate documentation in a streamlined manner saves significant time and effort. Another key strength is the level of support provided. Throughout my experience starting from my first EPD in December 2024 the guidance and expertise I received were exceptional. I would like to specifically highlight Ricardo Regi, whose knowledge, professionalism, and continuous support have been outstanding. The software itself can be quite difficult in terms of the description parts where you have to add certain wording. I think there could be easier guidance and support on the terminology part. I find One Click LCA incredibly beneficial because it makes Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) work both easier and quicker, particularly in my role as a consultant. I appreciate the availability of supplier EPD data within the software, which means I don't have to manually include these details as I would with other software. The feature that allows automatic searching for EPDs directly from within the software is a substantial time-saver and enhances efficiency by reducing manual data entry. Furthermore, I like that there's no need to manually calculate certain indicators, which streamlines my workflow and reduces the chances of human error. The software largely focuses on the construction sector, whereas I work with electric heating appliances, making it challenging to find adequate material data points. Additionally, the onboarding process was not well managed as we experienced changes in our mentor without adequate follow-up, affecting our understanding of product modeling.
