The aesthetic, poor performance and support have historically been challenging, however there have been significant improvements recently, which are encouraging. From an end user's perspective, the number of clicks required for everyday tasks is quite high. Additionally, performance tends to be poor for non-admin users, especially when working with large views. These users frequently encounter timeout issues and are often forced to clear their cache and restart the process. Interface can be difficult for general users to navigate without experience. A more intuitive way of finding the information required as an out of the box option would help increase engagement and adoption for our users.

Intelex is an incredibly beefy platform for tracking compliance data. We have ~55 locations across the US, and Intelex allows us to track what is happening across our company in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because it's so robust, there is a massive learning curve to figure out how to use all of it's features. Additional support to implement new features is an additional cost, and searching through the forums to find solutions can be burdensome. Intelex EHSQ can be frustrating to use as the mobile application does not completely mirror the desktop application. Many of our employees use the mobile application most of the time so when they cannot complete a task in the mobile application that can be easily completed on the desktop, this causes frustration.
