Tango Pricing Overview

Tango is easy to use and I can send international rewards in local currency. Helps me rewards all of my employees regardless of their location. Tango comes set up for use but if you want to change templates it's easy to use. Only fee is if you use a credit card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall good developer experience. Their API and documentation are quite good. Having a single float to cover all currencies without having to think much about it is nice. No subscription fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is basically non-existent. We've had problems with gift cards that they've issued before and getting a meaningful reply outside of "we're looking into this, we're working through an unusually high number of support requests" is like pulling teeth. Takes several follow up emails per request to resolve any issues.

Funding times are incredibly slow. Margins are really weak compared to competitors. Their catalog seems to be shrinking and brand availability outside of the US is limited.
