For board level reporting and investor communication on trade secret assets and trends. For awards and incentives for employees who create trade secrets. For team OKRs setting and tracking. For tracking which employees have access to which trade secrets and ensuring they understand the duties and responsibilities that entails. For education of staff on Intellectual Property, from basic to more advanced levels. For HR to track employee contracts and key clauses and expiration dates. To onboard a JV partners or close collaborator in a structured way: keeping track of what we share and ensuring their aknowledgement of all confidential information. And of course for their key function to store, record, track and ensure legal standard for trade secrets are met.
Using Tangibly allowed us to be more collaborative because we we confident we knew what was and was not a trade secret. We also become more knowledgeable on the types of trade secrets we needed to pay attention to and this has meant we have been more productive and innovative.
