These assets are often a company’s most valuable intellectual property. Unlike patents, trade secrets require active and ongoing management. Tangibly provides tools to catalog and track assets, manage access and legal agreements, and educate employees and partners. I never know a feature is missing until Tangibly invents a new solution. **What problems is Tangibly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tangibly: Finds (Tade Secrets) TS's fast, or at the very least let's you know where to start and who to speak with. Curating TS's into a written description is time consuming. If you are the type of person who prefers to perfect a draft someone else started, you're going to love this tool. The logging feature to monitor who is accessing the TS is incredibly valuable for monitoring anomalous behavior and proactively taking steps to prevent damage. Gathering acknowledgements so users confirm their awareness of viewing a trade secret is excellent for TS management hygiene. The email monitoring addresses the greatest inadvertent escapes. If you have investors or are looking at M&A, current users stand out in diligence when they use Tangibly to conduct due diligence. This platform screams "Yes, we know a lot about trade secrets and we are damn good at managing them. If you think this is impressive, take a look at the rest of our business." Did I mention how good the user experience is? My experience with this AI solution in terms of technical challenges is tops. This is an actually useful professional grade trade secret solution. ### 2. We use tangibly for a ton of functions: For board level reporting and investor communication on trade secret assets and trends. For awards and incentives for employees who create trade secrets. For team OKRs setting and tracking. For tracking which employees have access to which trade secrets and ensuring they understand the duties and responsibilities that entails. For education of staff on Intellectual Property, from basic to more advanced levels. For HR to track employee contracts and key clauses and expiration dates. To onboard a JV partners or close collaborator in a structured way: keeping track of what we share and ensuring their aknowledgement of all confidential information. And of course for their key function to store, record, track and ensure legal standard for trade secrets are met. Using Tangibly allowed us to be more collaborative because we we confident we knew what was and was not a trade secret. We also become more knowledgeable on the types of trade secrets we needed to pay attention to and this has meant we have been more productive and innovative. Ultimately Tangibly added a huge amount of value to our organization and I cannot recommend it highly enough. **What do you dislike about Tangibly?** The login process for tangibly can take slightly extra time because of the security checks needed. **What problems is Tangibly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tangibly allows us to track our trade secrets while ensuring we meet the legal thresholds required for trade secrets in most places. It also allows for reporting, tracking and monitoring of performance. You can also have staff members watch videos and track if they have completed the requirements. You can upload HR data to track when employee contract are due for expiry. You can also onboard partners to share trade secrets with. And you and use their AI tools like patent X-ray to know if your patent drafts are divulging trade secrets. ### 3.
