**Describe the project or task Tandem HR helped with:**

Tandem HR has allowed our company to focus not only on our clients but also focus on our employees in person instead of spending countless hours inputting payroll and timesheets. Tandem has allowed our staff to trust in the software to manage our employees with a fair and objective view.

**What do you like best about Tandem HR?**

With a growing company, we were able to spend more time with our clients AND our employees instead of spending time on the computer inputting payroll and time sheets. Tandem allowed us to focus on what we are passionate about - the people!

**What do you dislike about Tandem HR?**

We are still in the beginning stages of using the software but we have not experienced any issues at this time. We look forward to continuing to use Tandem and benefiting from the results we have already seen.

**What problems is Tandem HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tandem is allowing us as a growing company to step out from behind the computer and spend more time with our clients and employees alike. We are passionate about human interaction and Tandem has supported this mission and passion.

**Describe the project or task Tandem HR helped with:**

Tandem HR has helped with the entire HR process and streamlined the funciton of an HR employee from our computers. Whether it is for tax purposes, time off requests or anything in between, the tandem teah is more than able to answer any and all questions in the most timely manner. 

**What do you like best about Tandem HR?**

The best feature is their quickness to respond. Each live agent essentially operates as your own personal HR rep and helps to solve your issues is the quickest ways possible. 

**What do you dislike about Tandem HR?**

They only flaw is that if there are ever arrangements that are agreed upon in the office, Tandem does not always acknowledge them. The only flaw of having an HR rep outside of the office is that they must configure to the guidelines and contracts that they are sent. In cases where there are alternate agreements or negotiations, Tendem does not factor those in unless instructed. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tandem HR:**

Make sure to ask them questions! They are a fantastic resource and are there to help. It would be a great disservice to not take advantage of such a great resource. 

**What problems is Tandem HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of needing to have an HR person in house. With Tandem, our questions needs and concerns are all answered in a timely and professional manner. We are truly represented by our representatives.
