"Tandem HR - a time management tool!"

Tandem HR has allowed our company to focus not only on our clients but also focus on our employees in person instead of spending countless hours inputting payroll and timesheets. What do you like best about Tandem HR?

What do you dislike about Tandem HR?

"Tandem Makes the HR Process Seamless"

Describe the project or task Tandem HR helped with:

Tandem HR has helped with the entire HR process and streamlined the funciton of an HR employee from our computers. Whether it is for tax purposes, time off requests or anything in between, the tandem teah is more than able to answer any and all questions in the most timely manner. What do you like best about Tandem HR?

The best feature is their quickness to respond. Each live agent essentially operates as your own personal HR rep and helps to solve your issues is the quickest ways possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tandem HR?

They only flaw is that if there are ever arrangements that are agreed upon in the office, Tandem does not always acknowledge them. The only flaw of having an HR rep outside of the office is that they must configure to the guidelines and contracts that they are sent. In cases where there are alternate agreements or negotiations, Tendem does not factor those in unless instructed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tandem HR:
