The big split is whether the Jira integration is native or bridged through Zapier. Native is what you want if Jira is central, and Canny was the cleanest for us, you approve an idea and it creates a linked Jira issue, and since it merges duplicates first, Jira doesn't fill up with near-identical tickets. Status flows back to the idea too, so you're not updating two places by hand. Aha! is worth a look if you want the wider roadmap suite alongside it, its Jira and Slack hooks are native as well. The manual step that never fully goes away, and shouldn't, is deciding which ideas actually become tickets, you don't want every submission spawning Jira noise. I'd be wary of anything that only connects through Zapier if Jira is the center of your workflow.
