The customer support service is excellent. They explain the features and functions of the system in detail during the training sessions. Shared relevant guidelines and remain available during the live exams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talview?

The 360-degree check is done through a webcam. This should be done using a mobile phone camera. If a student is 'terminated' by a proctor, he cannot resume the exam. The admin team should have the right to restore such cases with due audit tracking. Once the pre-configured time of the exam ends, it cannot be extended. What do you like best about Talview?

At Canara HSBC, we are using the Talview interviewing platform. It provides the ability to share assessments via email, allowing candidates to attempt them on either a mobile or a laptop, from anywhere. This flexibility enables us to evaluate candidates efficiently and shortlist them within a short time. Panel can also use a mobile or laptop for reviewing the candidate's response and providing feedback in the system as well.

The people involved in the integration and the day-to-day basis. The effort and dedication it takes to implement a new system is always a chore. But the attitude and work ethic of the team has always been top notched. They have always been friendly and possess that can-do attitude has been a pleasure. What do you dislike about Talview?

The one thing that has been difficult has been the time difference. Customer support would help during the off hours but it is delayed and sometimes does not seem addressed. Quick to set up and connect to Skilljar and and is quite flexible for proctoring options. Have added several really helpful AI features recently which have led to significant improvements in efficiency. Tons of customizability for how and what you want to flag candidates on. What do you dislike about Talview?

Proctoring error messages are a bit vague and support for candidates can sometimes require a lot of back and forth. AI-only proctoring flags a lot of false-positives on certain violation rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
