removing incentives like autopay discount, video conferencing is not included with business phone, and initial set up can be a long wait.

Comcast Business can be a solid option for companies that need fast, dependable internet, particularly in areas where there aren’t many alternatives. That said, I’d recommend being cautious with the contract terms and the billing process, and keeping a close eye on your invoices to make sure everything matches what you agreed to.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

What I like best about Xfinity is the reliability. My internet stays fast and consistent, even when I’m streaming, working, or using multiple devices at the same time. The Wi-Fi coverage is strong throughout my home, and I don’t have to constantly reset or troubleshoot. I also like having everything in one place, which makes managing my service simple and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

What I dislike about Xfinity is that pricing and promotions can be confusing, especially when a promo period ends. It sometimes takes time to reach the right customer service support, and I wish plans and billing were more straightforward. That said, once everything is set up, the service itself usually works well.

If you’re thinking about Xfinity, I’d say it’s worth it for reliable internet and strong coverage, especially if you have multiple devices or stream a lot. Xfinity solves a lot of everyday problems for me, mainly around reliability and speed. I use the internet for streaming, work, and staying connected, and I don’t have to worry about constant buffering or dropped connections. The Wi-Fi reaches throughout my home, even with multiple devices connected at once. I also like that there’s built-in security, so my devices feel more protected without me having to manage extra software. Overall, Xfinity makes it easier for me to stay connected, productive, and entertained without hassle.

Office internet we have only 2 choices for an ISP on local, and the other being xfinity. 

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

At the current time I am not a huge fan of their service. It has been 4 months since signing up and still no installer, but I got a bill today.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

Customer Service I really dislike their customer service.

Get them to give you actual dates and times.

None they always slow speeds and raise rates

Pricing is manageable, able to download what I need at the right speed and volume.

Website interface is not very robust, can be problematic depending on the chosen browser.

Offering comprehensive pricing packages at different price tiers, implementing fiber/coaxial media for higher speed coverage.

Xfinity provides my cable tv and internet.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

I like the voice remote. It is really helpful when I want to navigate different channels or if I want to watch YouTube, except I can't figure out how to fast forward a video. I like the choice to pay the bill on the tv by speaking into the voice remote and saying "Pay My Bill" it's very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

The service is horrible. The cable tv switches to a screensaver while we're watching tv or movies, and to get it to work again, we have to pick up the remote and shake it. Every day we get a message that says we need to do an update, and the tv stops working for a few minutes. The internet is slow and goes out every day, and to get it to work again, I have to unplug it and plug it in again.  If I need to talk to the support department, they have outsourced to India, and talking to those people is ridiculous.  They think they understand and speak English, but they don't.  They advertise great prices, and yet my 71-year-old monther who is on Social Security and is barely making it month to month is paying $180+ a month for cable with no movie channels and internet that is unreliable. If you have other choices in your area, which my mother doesn't have, then you should go with them.  Xfinity is absolute garbage.

They let us pay the monthly bill using the tv and remote, which is very nice, but they are a basic service that provides a bare minimum of options.  The best thing that they offer, in my opinion, is the voice remote and that may be available with other services, I don't know.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

How fast their internet service can be. Customer service is great when you can reach them.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

How slow their internet is on avaerage. I live in San Jose, California and I pay for 1.2GB down which is the most expensive plan available. With that, I get 400MB down over wireless and 700MB down when wired, but there is a caveat which I will cover. Then on average with wireless internet, I get 200MB, and that's at the end of my speed tests -- where initial pulls get me 35MB down and Xfinity servers realize they are being tested so they provide more bandwidth for the final result (i.e. 200 MB as previously stated).

**Recommendations to others considering Xfinity:**

If you can find something better, then do it. Otherwise, Xfinity is your best bet unfortunately.

**What problems is Xfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of problems are solved with Xfinity. Without connection to the World Wide Web, I wouldn't be able to conduct my profession. I don't see a benefit on the other hand as my cellular provider can provider can tether more to my computer on average than Xfinity.

Internet is the very foundation of everything we do in 2021. Xfinity allows us to build on a solid foundation and continue to move forward. Having a solid ISP is something businesses can not due without.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

It helps us to continue work without downtime or service interruptions. We can focus on other tasks instead of service or downtime problems. With the speed we receive they continue to help us stay up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

There’s not much to dislike. If I had to choose something it would be pricing tier for speed. It’s not super unaffordable but for smaller businesses the pricing can stretch the budget.

Best ISP on the market. There are other ISP but most are as consistent and speeds are different in delivery.

**What problems is Xfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Were able to upload projects faster download documents and connect to our customers and speeds like never before. Now we are able to stay up-to-date with the latest in our business.

**Describe the project or task Xfinity helped with:**

Xfinity is both my office and my home’s internet provider. In times when there are problems with the internet, I could look on the xFi app to be notified of any outages. The technicians are also friendly and know their stuff well. They’ve helped us hooked up the TV boxes and wiring in the office. They have done a great job hiding and organizing the wires during installation.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

Their internet is extremely reliable. I have been monitoring my internet’s uptime and so far it’s 99.97% uptime last month, which is fantastic! The download speed, needless to say, is too fast, no one ever complains about it. Their technicians have flexible times, and I can schedule them through the app at my convenience.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

Their upload speed is where they fall short by a lot. I have 300 Mbps download but only 12 Mbps upload. This difference between the download and upload speed is huge. I’ve already inquired them that I do not need faster download speeds, I need faster upload speeds. They offered me the 400 mbps / 20 Mbps plan but the pricing for that it almost double what I’m paying. I’m not going to pay around $80 more for just 8 Mbps more of upload speed. This is just outright inadequate for my needs when multiple users in the office are uploading files or live streaming at the same time. They increase their download speeds every year, but I wish they can increase their upload speeds because upload speeds matter to me more than download speed. I even doubt everyone in the office would use 300 Mbps download combined. We only average around 32 Mbps download.

Xfinity has tailored support, meaning they don’t just let us be with the internet. They even helped us set up the internet on our computers. This really cuts the time out of connecting to the internet and makes sure everything is working and connected before they leave.

With Xfinity, I can work, keep up with streaming games and allow many to use my internet with no slow speeds! The prices are very affordable. Not to mention if you move, they can do the same with their service for you! The download speeds they offer help me with my projects and installing games to play with many of my friends and new people.

The internet speed is like no other. Very consistent

The upload speed could use the upgrade. It's just as important

The best ISP out there. Service never drops or interrupts. Your speed can be as fast as you need it to be.

It's very reliable and fast. We have a small business with over 60 devices and our speed is always fast and dependable.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

There isn't much to not like. We have had any problems with the service in the last 2 years.

**Recommendations to others considering Xfinity:**

Make sure you get the speed that works best for your business. Sometimes getting a level above that works greats. They often deliver speeds higher than the speeds offered in your contract as well.

We are using their full PRI and ISP. this allows us to run a smooth and very effective network in house and provide service for our customers.

They are simply great. Never any downtime and the service is very reliable.

There hasn't been anything to dislike. We've had Xfinity for over 6 years and they have been great for us.

We recently upgraded our speeds, so we are able to download and upload data faster. The cost to upgrade was very reasonable and the upgrade time was next to nothing.

This question is a bit hard to answer since Xfinity is the only real Broadband option in my town, so I guess the project or task would be providing me with internet.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

When the internet works it is usually pretty good and definitely has shown improvement over the last few years.

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

I really dislike that my town has a contractual arrangement with Comcast/Xfinity that eliminates competition.

**Recommendations to others considering Xfinity:**

You should look to see if they have SLAs that you can leverage should things go awry. In my situation it feels like I have no leverage due to the aforementioned town level contracts

Using the internet is all that I do with XFinity.

I switched to Xfinity from AT&T and have been loving it. So much better service than AT&T. Also better customer service.

Xfinity is cheaper than the rest of their competitors and I like that I can switch my phone plan at will.

So far there isn't anything I don't like. I'm always a fan of cheaper rates.

make your prices even cheaper and make it to where you can get phones without having to have internet or another service from you.

I was able to finally have internet at home along with my two phones and I'm paying less than I was for just the phones.

Xfinity provides internet and can transfer my data needs back and forth from office to internet and that's probably the only feature I like.

Xfinity charges overages and is run as a singleton ISP and I don't have others to choose from.

Our small business uses their business phone and internet services.

**What do you like best about Xfinity?**

I love that we can do everything we need to do for our voice services, such as call forwarding and voicemail, through their website and app. The customer service team we have utilized has also been superb!

**What do you dislike about Xfinity?**

The phone calls we have had to place to customer service took a little long to get through to a live agent but other than that everything was been great!
