The platform is fairly sensitive to internet bandwidth. Currently, we're having a problem with the links between platforms and follow-up with the candidates. Since we are not using Salesforce anymore, we can't connect with Talview's CRM. This means that we lose the follow-up with the candidate when they receive their schedule link, and we only know about it when the results are updated in the platform. Additionally, the communication is really mechanical, where we have to send an email to Talview's responsible person, and they follow up with the candidate to schedule the exam. At Canara HSBC, we are using the Talview interviewing platform. It provides the ability to share assessments via email, allowing candidates to attempt them on either a mobile or a laptop, from anywhere. This flexibility enables us to evaluate candidates efficiently and shortlist them within a short time. Panel can also use a mobile or laptop for reviewing the candidate's response and providing feedback in the system as well.

The people involved in the integration and the day-to-day basis. The effort and dedication it takes to implement a new system is always a chore. But the attitude and work ethic of the team has always been top notched. They have always been friendly and possess that can-do attitude has been a pleasure. The one thing that has been difficult has been the time diffence. Customer support would help during the off hours but it is delayed and sometimes does not seem addressed. Quick to set up and connect to Skilljar and and is quite flexible for proctoring options. Have added several really helpful AI features recently which have led to significant improvements in efficiency. Tons of customizability for how and what you want to flag candidates on.
