Currently, we're having a problem with the links between platforms and follow-up with the candidates. Since we are not using Salesforce anymore, we can't connect with Talview's CRM. This means that we lose the follow-up with the candidate when they receive their schedule link, and we only know about it when the results are updated in the platform. Additionally, the communication is really mechanical, where we have to send an email to Talview's responsible person, and they follow up with the candidate to schedule the exam.
