What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

The UI is clean/simple and the functionality isn't over-engineered. Also the customer service has been top notch - from Sales through to Account Management/Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

Some of the terminology used isn't very intuitive, i.e. Providers - Freelancer or Contractor would be more self-explanatory - and Worksheets would make more sense as 'Payment Requests' or 'Request Payment'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a company our needs have increased as our operating model has evolved and as we've moved into new Global markets. TalentDesk has enabled us to not only centralise our database of contractors but also manage project members and their associated payments with ease. "Very useful platform that allows you to quickly process freelancer invoices and payments."

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

I love the ability to have all of our freelancers and contractors in one centralized location. I like that I can use Adobe PDFs to upload attachments for future reference. TalentDesk will help solve your problems in making sure contractors get paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

I'm not too fond of the lack of transparency among providers' onboarding status. TalentDesk could vastly improve by allowing managers to have visibility in every step of the providers' onboarding process to ensure proper submissions. Our current onboarding process is extremely slow and a lot of patience is required. Not the most user-friendly platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have recently updated our Get Started page for Providers so that they are guided through onboarding correctly, but we will take your feedback into further consideration.

My main problems solved are:

- Keeping good data on all of our contractors

- Staffing projects with contractors who are available, and have the necessary skillsets

- Authorizing work for contractors in a very clear and specific way
