I can say that Talentdesk.io is a "You Got It All" platform.
I can give 5-star ratings on almost (if not) all of its features.

There's none that I can think of. I haven't had any issues working on this platform since I started six months ago.

**What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?**

I use TalentDesk.io for advising clients as an industry and domain expert, and it really helps me connect with investment agencies, PE firms, and global advisory firms looking for specific input. I like the ease of using it, especially the interactive dashboard which acts as a one-stop shop to know everything about current and past projects. I don't have to make calls to track progress since it's all on the dashboard. The calling portal is easy to join and hassle-free, thanks to the backend work done by the team, making calls efficient and smooth. I also appreciate the swift and transparent payment process, with all steps and timelines clearly visible on the portal. Setting up TalentDesk.io was very easy.

**What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?**

I use TalentDesk.io for tracking time, selecting projects, and payment purposes. It has solved the problem of payment delays, is cheap for receiving payments, and is easy to use. I find it quick and easy to use. The way I receive money is so quick, and I like that I receive payments in a day at a low cost. My costs have really been cut down with it.

**What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?**

If it is possible for it to work on Saturday in the sense of sending money and I also sometimes the payment stays deferred for long. Let's say I keep my payment for like 2 weeks on TalentDesk.io, when I request payment on Friday, it will take long to reflect on my account. It stays deferred until Monday then it will be executed. Is it possible for it to be quick and not be in that state for long because I really want to be paid on that same day or even Saturday.

Contracts and financial management is great, having TalentDesk make all payments fro us reduces our team workload and admin.

View of the contractors is not user friendly. You have to click into each person to see any detail. A table view to see detail at a glance across your work force would be much more user friendly when trying to select a resource.

Contracting and paying a huge number of freelance workers each month. It used to be manual and extremely time consuming. Now its much easier.

I don't like the lack of flexibility in setting payment periods independently. For example, if a work schedule isn't approved in time, I always have to write emails and contact the manager. It would be better to be able to do it independently.

I appreciate that TalentDesk.io does not require unnecessary screenshots. In other platforms like Upwork, random screen captures can sometimes take screenshots of irrelevant content, which can be annoying and intrusive. This feature of TalentDesk.io provides a more pleasant user experience. I love the flexibility in payment options that TalentDesk.io offers, as payments can be set up to occur automatically or be configured manually, providing a level of control and convenience that is valuable for efficient financial management. The initial setup of TalentDesk.io was seamlessly easy since it is browser-based, requiring no installations, and was facilitated by a quick orientation by a TalentDesk.io expert, which speaks to its user-friendly nature. Moreover, I highly value the platform because I am very likely to recommend it to colleagues, which is evident from my readiness to rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendability.

**What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?**

I find it inconvenient to create a worksheet after every daily task for payment processing. The automatic time tracking needs improvement, as it continues beyond the set 40-hour limit unless stopped manually, requiring adjustments for correct time approval. The need for automatic stopping of the tracker during inactivity, such as during power outages, where it continues recording time unnecessarily, is frustrating. Additionally, it's cumbersome that I have to disable my existing bank details to enable another for payments; having the flexibility to choose where to send payments without this requirement would be beneficial.

I use TalentDesk.io as a time and task tracker, enjoying its ability to avoid screenshots and automate or manually set payments. It helps me manage tasks effectively, even though I miss auto time limits and would like improved idle time detection.

I love how easy TalentDesk.io is to use. You can basically just select your time plan or memo, click start, click end, and that's it. The UI is absolutely perfect. The support team is amazing too—I send a ticket, and it gets handled within an hour. I think this is one of the best support teams that I've worked with. The setup was so simple, even simpler than our in-house solution. It was seamless with straightforward instructions.

**What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?**

Maybe they need some explanation or improvement with the time handling or the time limits. I'm not sure how it is handled, but if I leave the timer open for a while, I do not get a notification or something. It would be helpful to have support in cases where a person leaves the timer open for a while without getting notified.

One new thing I’ve really liked about TalentDesk.io is how much smoother the overall workflow has become. The platform feels more intuitive now, especially when it comes to managing freelancers, vendor management, and handling payments in one place. I also appreciate the recent improvements around visibility and control, having clearer dashboards and better tracking makes it easier to stay on top of projects without jumping between multiple tools.

From my experience, TalentDesk.io works well overall, but there are a few areas where it could improve. Some features take a little time to find, especially for new users, so a more streamlined interface or better in-app guidance would help. It would also be nice to see more customization in reports and notifications, so teams can tailor them to their specific workflows. Overall, it’s a solid platform, but small usability and flexibility improvements could make it even better.

TalentDesk as a whole has been a very beneficial platform for me (Freelancer) and my company as it provides detailed and supervised invoicing and smooth operational flow making sure you got your projects under control and your receipts settled. In addition, their customer support clientele and the AI Assistant chat is essential in insuring you are on the right track in terms of requests, I would definitely recommend it and I have done it already as it helps a lot in making our work easy.

Overall the platform is excellent, I just wished if there was more options in terms of payment method as we have only bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer which limits our potential of reducing the fee cuts and conversion rates.

TalentDesk.io has everything I need, and I don't need any other tool. It's easy to set up, taking no more than five minutes, and they provide manuals for guidance. I would give it a full 10 because it's very good, and I would really recommend it.

They could improve their finance. They didn't tell us at the beginning that there would be a big cut from our paycheck. It would be great if they informed us from the start.

I really like how TalentDesk centralizes everything in one place from onboarding freelancers to managing contracts, tracking time, and processing payments. The dashboard gives great visibility over budgets and project timelines and the approval flows help us stay compliant without micromanaging. It’s especially useful when working with large teams across different countries. Their customer support is responsive too, which makes a big difference!

TalentDesk is really intuitive and easy to use for both managers and freelancers. It allows us to have an overview of all our freelancers, invite them to projects and tasks within projects, brief them and receive their deliverable. 
With the ability to attach documents and discuss project details via the discussion board, everything stays on the platform which allows any managers to pick things up, this is really helpful for collaborative work. 
Freelancers raise worksheets per projects or tasks, which allows us to have visibility on spend and keep within budget. Each freelancer gets an invoice automatically created each month and the system reconciliate all of them to provide us with one monthly invoice. 
From onboarding freelancers to final payments, TalentDesk provides everything in one go. 

Plus, their customer success team is fantastic, they really listen to the challenges their client face and make sure to feedback suggesitons to their tech team on how to improve the platform with new features. Many of our suggestions have already been implemented and more to come to make this tool as best as it can be!

Managing projects and deadlines became way more efficient and all managers within the agency can work collaboratively with our freelancers on any projects. The system is straightforward to navigate and provides a good visual of projects and their budgets. This allows managers to track the spend closely. The weekly billing cycles are also beneficial for our freelancers.

Currently, a downside is not having the worksheets on the task page, so it is easy to see them raised against a task in one place. It would also be beneficial to have multiple base currencies so we can efficiently pay our providers in their preferred currency and not be affected by fx fluctuations.

I love that its interface is user-friendly and straightforward enough to onboard multiple contractors and freelancers. Some platforms can be overly engineered to the extent where it’s hard to maneuver and operate. But TalentDesk is the complete opposite. On top of that, its customer service is exceptionally sublime, allowing my problems to be resolved swiftly with minimal downtime. Extra kudos to its impressive tracking and filtering system which allows me to locate old tasks easily.

There were a minor bugs lately which can, at times, interfere with my progress. However, the crashes get fixed within an hour. At the end of the day, my experience on this platform is satisfactory.

I'm not too fond of the lack of transparency among providers' onboarding status. TalentDesk could vastly improve by allowing managers to have visibility in every step of the providers' onboarding process to ensure proper submissions.
