The only problem I face is with logging in. When I first try to log in, the system does not continue, so I have to log in again in order to access my account successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Tactic is that it's pretty straightforward and basically shows all info that you might need.

I've been using it for more than 6 months now and its quite meticulous and very specific.

I think its a great tool in making sure that the station you booked is only assigned to you, and also shows the history of when you used it. I make sure to use it whenever I sign in to my station as a back up attendance info, just in case Sprout doesn't work.

I'm not sure if it's an internet issue on our side but sometimes I would get an error message and can't book my assigned seat on time.

It also takes too long to load. Tactic is one of the few platforms I open first thing when I start my computer so I don't think it should take too long to load up when I just opened my computer. It's a straightforward application that allows you to reserve your seat/work station, and lets you access the map and seat plan of the whole production floor. As an office manager and someone who needs to help plan events hosted in our office, having an understanding of headcounts and trends in headcounts was vital. Knowing who is using the office and how it gave my team the ability to plan support, supplies and catering has been huge. If we weren’t changing our office space usage again we would continue with Tactic.

Additionally the support & implementation team were incredibly supportive as we evolved to a remote first company and were learning how to manage a workspace in a totally new way.
