
NOTHING is really good about the program! Buyer beware! They lied to me! they have conning Sales reps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is not very recommendable, especially the L2 tear (second tear). I bought the program because of the one thing they said it would do for me and my business. I was promised that the program could separate a folder at a time, and I could get it in PDF. In my business, from time to time, I have to be able to get that one folder of emails in GMAIL and PDF it. I CONSULTED WITH THEIR REPS before I bought and paid $50.00 for the program. If it would be able to do the one thing I needed, and they said to me go ahead and try it, and if after 30 days it doesn't work for me, then cancel it and get my money back; it was not going to be a problem. So I bought and used it; the first time, the program downloaded my whole Gmail account into my desktop. I could search for the folder I needed, and I was ok with it; the only thing is the program took 5 hrs to download my backup. I figured it was the first time it was ok. The second time it took longer, and again I had to search for my folder, and I found it, yet part of the folder was missing. I contacted support, and they told me I have to use the short incremental backup. So I did, and it did the same to backup took 6+ hrs. It is impossible for a business to have to wait 6 hrs to take care of a file. The system was not doing what I was promised, and I could never single out the file I needed until the backup was done. I contacted them again, and I told them my situation; the tech sent me to L2, and the L2 waited for me until the backup was almost done; this last time, the backup took 6 hrs, and right about when the Backup was done the systools froze and stopped working, I had to wait a long time, and it didn't do it. I force-closed it, and the L2 person kept telling me that the system backed up more folders, and the count kept increasing.
After I forced closed the Systools, I looked for the folder, which wasn't there. The L2 said to go ahead and redo it again! I was not about to wait 6+ hours of my day to get the same results repeatedly; I told the L2 I needed to get my refund; I had it with systools. That is when he became a salesman and started trying to sell me on keeping the systools and not getting a refund. He got aggressive on the chat, telling me I had bought this. He sent me a link to his policy, and he said he would deny the Refund because, for him, the systools were working, and that was final; after I retold him how he expected me to use something that wasn't working the way they promised he said "I will contact my colleges and I will respond your email" he hasn't. Now it is the last day from the date I needed to cancel and three days after the incident, and I never got a response. I am stuck with a piece of #@$ system that is worthless! and out $50.00. It is not the money. It is the principle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
