Information when and where you need it. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Pamela B. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Syncore?** The ability to enter notes about the converstaions with a contact, about any issues with a PO, special billing information on an opprotunity, or AR tracking finding the information you need is easy. Training the sales and support teams to implement the notation functions and follow best practices was simple. When these procedures are followed as outlined in the training programs it becomes part of the everyday workflow and gives each person the tools they need to complete their job. **What do you dislike about Syncore?** The downside may be when someone does not follow best practices and we have to find a work around to get a job complete or money collected. **What problems is Syncore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syncore has allowed to be be almost paperless. This solved our problem of employees needing to work from home with sick kids, sales being able to access the software during client meetings, and finance having the ability to send an invoice from anywhere. It benefits us becuase no part of the business stops when someone is not in the office. ### 2. Once you understand how the software works, the quoting and order entry aspect of your life is a breeze. And being able to access the system from anywhere is huge. **What do you dislike about Syncore?** The finance side of it isn't the most self explanatory and the training wasn't great. And not having a direct line of communication to call up and answer a simple question instead of the chat bot isn't always helpful. There are some parts of our finance system that I'd like to be able to see integrated into the main Syncore software. **What problems is Syncore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management for sure. Being able to process and invoice orders has totally helped our admin team have more time to do other things throughout the day and increase our cash flow with quicker paytimes from our clients ### 3. LOVE THE REPORTS. DO NOT LIKE HOW AN ORDER THAT HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED SHOWS UP ON MY SALES REPORT THE NEXT DAY. IT SHOULD ONLY SHOW UP IF THE ORDER IS SENT OT THE SUPPLIER. ### 4. Facilis is constantly releasing improvements and new features which is GREATLY appreciated as well **What do you dislike about Syncore?** No streamlined API integration from any MAJOR webstore/ecommerce platform example being Brightstores/OMG or anything NOT called Commercio (their own weak webstore platform_) **What problems is Syncore solving and how is that benefiting you?** order entry, order tracking, file and record lookups, client prospecting, deck building, accounting AR and AP ### 5. Being connected to our supply base saves time and reduces the back and forth required in a custom world. Their customer support is excellent too. **What do you dislike about Syncore?** The CRM functionality for managing clients with a complex corporate structure could be improved.
