"Information when and where you need it."

What do you like best about Syncore?

The ability to enter notes about the converstaions with a contact, about any issues with a PO, special billing information on an opprotunity, or AR tracking finding the information you need is easy. Training the sales and support teams to implement the notation functions and follow best practices was simple. When these procedures are followed as outlined in the training programs it becomes part of the everyday workflow and gives each person the tools they need to complete their job. What do you dislike about Syncore?

The downside may be when someone does not follow best practices and we have to find a work around to get a job complete or money collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Syncore has allowed to be be almost paperless. This solved our problem of employees needing to work from home with sick kids, sales being able to access the software during client meetings, and finance having the ability to send an invoice from anywhere. What do you like best about Syncore?

Ease of use and accessibility. Once you understand how the software works, the quoting and order entry aspect of your life is a breeze. And being able to access the system from anywhere is huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncore?

The finance side of it isn't the most self explanatory and the training wasn't great. And not having a direct line of communication to call up and answer a simple question instead of the chat bot isn't always helpful.
