symplr Talent Management is easy to use for recuriting and hiring staff. I like that it's one websit to open with all of my open positions and where my applicants are in the hiring process. It is also easy to communicate with applicants through symplr Talent Management as well. The site is user friendly, fast, and effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?

Sometimes our new applicants do have issues completing all fields on their smart phones. I usually just have them sit down with an I-Pad or go use a computer to comeplete the application. Most people applying use their smart phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this daily with interviews and hiring. I love the way you can export the applicant into ADP and most of the pertant information is already there. You are able to put notes for aonly the company to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, Symplyr will get hung up in the exporting to ADP which can create a pause in the hiring process. Please note that this does not happen very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the courses that are part of SYMPLR are above average in content, the best part of our experience has been working with the behind-the-scenes sales rep and tech department in getting SYMPLR to run in our LMS...one that is new to us and had quite a few quirks in getting it to run ANY vendor courses seamlessly. Your tech team made themselves available every time we asked and even met with our LMS vendor and fixed all the issues, so now it runs exactly as expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?

The only issue we have had is that a certain window needs to close before another when a user is completing a course and even tho you have that CLEARLY written in the courses for the users to see, they often overlook it and dont understand why a course didn't complete correctly.
