symplr Talent Management is easy to use for recuriting and hiring staff. I like that it's one websit to open with all of my open positions and where my applicants are in the hiring process. While the courses that are part of SYMPLR are above average in content, the best part of our experience has been working with the behind-the-scenes sales rep and tech department in getting SYMPLR to run in our LMS...one that is new to us and had quite a few quirks in getting it to run ANY vendor courses seamlessly. Your tech team made themselves available every time we asked and even met with our LMS vendor and fixed all the issues, so now it runs exactly as expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue we have had is that a certain window needs to close before another when a user is completing a course and even tho you have that CLEARLY written in the courses for the users to see, they often overlook it and dont understand why a course didn't complete correctly.
