**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

Symplify has allowed us to group our audiences that were previously separated and duplicated across multiple audiences. This has enabled us to better understand and connect the profiles of our readers and subscribers across different magazines. Additionally, we no longer have contact duplication across multiple lists; everything is gathered in the same place. The support offered by the team is quick and greatly appreciated.

Despite its power, the platform requires a little more time to be 100% autonomous.

Allows us to know which newsletter / print magazine / digital magazine a person is subscribed to, using a unique identifier. Allows us to own our database.

Taming a platform as feature-rich as this requires a little time for adaptation and learning. Customer support and video tutorials really help to become operational.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

Easy to get started. Good management with flexible boilerplates. Easy to make adjustments for the account. Good function for segment management and testing. Good search functions.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

Missing relational database to enrich info. Sometimes it hangs and then not all changes are saved, feels a bit buggy. Difficult to troubleshoot and understand when someone hasn't received a dispatch.

We make large mailings without any problem. It is a simple and fast tool. The tool allows for creative creation.

All the available options are interesting, but since there are so many and sometimes not quite intuitive. It's a shame, because better ergonomics would allow them to be used more.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

The complexity of the options and the limited possibilities for list segmentation do not allow for as much personalization of the mailings.

I really like the Wizard option that allows you to retrieve parts of past emails, it's very practical!

Simplify is in my option one of the best MarTech Company that delivers a complete Communication Suite. The company 
significantly contributing to the success and growth of our business and I'm extremely happy with their insight to the industry and the excellent service they deliver to us as a client.

The only thing that I would like to have improved is the segmentation tool that sometimes crash when you have very advanced calculations but this is a minor issue

Start small scale and learn the system before full deployment. It has some many smart features that probably will be very helpful for your business

Symplify´s Communication Suite is our primary tool for all our email, sms marketing. We have approximately 200 million send-outs through Simplify on a yearly basis.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

A great multichannel communication platform between marketers and customers. Even thou I come from a very complex business, with customers connected to different airlines and/or tour operators, Symplify has made it simple and convenient to use with the help of skins and boilerplates. 
I am also extremely happy with the excellent service provided whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

There is only one thing that comes to mind and that is it doesn’t support videos in newsletters.

We provide personalized and targeted offers for our customers using Symplify for all our emails and SMS. Using the Symplify Journey A/B testing helps us optimize our offers.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

Symplify offers a platform that is very easy to use for everyone in the company. The UX is simple but still offers a lot of functionality. 
Such as A/B testing that alloes you to find the best version of your content. Creating segments is easily done and including several different segments in one send-out works nicely. Building the emails with drag& drop functionality makes It easy to create personalized content for each recipient.

and improvement wold be an easier integration with corporate type fonts

The availability and flexibility of the team. We sometimes have to work on situations where time is of the essence, and I know I can always count on Simplify to respond quickly. Additionally, the work is always well done and within the appropriate deadlines. I also appreciate the open-mindedness and collaboration to find solutions when a problem arises.

There is nothing that comes to mind. As my colleague Jolaine mentioned last year, some tasks seem expensive but we do not know the process behind it all.

I love being able to have everything in one place, a list for all my subscribers, clients, and collaborators. The segmentation tool is really comprehensive and efficient, allowing us to combine various data from both behavioral and purchase data. The automated customer journey with the journey module is amazing!

There is nothing I don't like about Simplify. When I search "how to" on the platform, you can count on the customer service team and support to help us!

It's a flexible solution! We started with the email module and added features according to our needs.

We have several sources for our data: e-commerce site, CRM, and our subscription forms for our communications. Symplify was able to advise us, guide us, and support us with API connections. In our case, complex things became simple. Everything is automated, even the data return to our CRM.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

The 'skins' and 'boilerplates' section and their integration with project folders. Whilst oddly named, this section is by far one of the best template management and editing features I have used. Thanks to how convenient it is after set up, we no longer need to jump into hundreds of onboarding emails to make changes and amendments.  The template editor itself is quite robust but you wouldn't think that on first glance as they do a great job at keeping it simple - but believe me when I say there is a lot to dig into for those who like to squeeze every last drop out of this product.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

The permission groups and user account section could use an overhaul. Presently there's a lot of features which require setting an agent as an admin in order to be able to use key areas of the product. I'd like for a better user management system overall as in this one area I am reliant on a lot of manual work to maintain our user access. There's a lot to be desired in this section of the product but I am confident they'll get around to it soon.

**What problems is Symplify Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've gone all in with Symplify and have just under a 100 employees actively using the product on a daily basis. It's helped us greatly cut down the time it takes to get our marketing written, proof read, tested and delivered to our customer inboxes. We're constantly working alongside Symplify to squeeze more out of it's Journey planner, further integrating it with our in-house tools. We're still solving some kinks out however I am fully confident we'll resolve these challenges in due course. I'd say overall I am very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend.

Symplify communication is an enterprise application for communication, multichannel, and market automation. It is a very simple application for broadcasting and meditation. Symplify communication is a voice and tool for media and business. Skills pages are a full guide with simple step by step video instructions on every step. A good application for storing all documents and well-established communication for clients, Market trends, and improved productivity are never hidden from him and convenience can make it better than anything else. Without prior CRM, is very easy to learn technical or HTML knowledge. It is a great UX with logical steps and easy to find everything.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

It has one main issue that it does not support videos in the broadcasting and it cannot backup applications when it is offline, it only backup data when you have secured internet connections and it also does not has a free trial.

Our overall experience is quite good with this application but we want if they also support videos in broadcasting then it would be a better application but it is a good and useful application. Once established in the system, no one can deny its powerful effects. It covers everything from sports, news, and social media to business relationships.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

Symplify is a sound and entertain tool for media and business functions. Once established in a system nobody can deny its powerful effects. It holds all the media moves from sports, news, and social media to business relations. What cannot be done by this smart application? A good storage box of all documents and well-established communicator to the clients. Market trends and improvements in production are never hidden from it and simplify can do it better than some other thing.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

This diligence accepts a wide scope of benefits every social action is dependent on it, but one thing that is not a large issue is it doesn’t support video in broadcasting so I believe the owner can solve this problem by further promoting this software. This application is backed up online its offline version is not useable. If I can ensure its free trial, they can’t have enough of its useful effects.

I’m melting down our business and I’m more than glad to accept that this application is a boon for me. It takes charge of my business dealing as well as add up the catchy graphics to my email and provide the raw information for my report. It informs me about new tendencies and how to communicate with my customers. It does not simply provide me special customized email templates also graphics are unbelievable to use. An awesome application to dig with.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

If I say this tool is a big package for all media industries for entertainment, sports and newspaper then it will not wrong. A great way of communication between marketers and customers. It’s a sort of tough software to install, but when it’s done nobody can break it from its illusion. It’s gentle to use and one would love to use its application when seeing its broadcasting effects. Compilation and selling still further promotion is never easy before.

Although helpful in many ways but this application can’t support videos in newsletters so there should be mingling for better results. Secondly, its random feature sometimes creates a problem and I compel to think there might be some fault in function. Overall a sound variety in the entertainment industry for proper support and overviews.

Someone recommended me symplify as a tool to monitor my all programs including email supervision. I employ this application to take in new ideas and customers are happy with my introductions. I can add graphic effects to the newsletter for better response and my prospects are higher whenever I pass through its features. What a respectable thing for communication and supply.

**What do you like best about Symplify Communication?**

I have previously used Silverpop, Sendgrid, Salesforce and Selligent. They all were great, but lacked the ease-of-use and UX part that Symplify really has nailed down. Symplify has made it possible to manage full customer lifecycles and marketing automation without the need for big CRM teams. 

Very simple to learn without any prior crm, technical or html knowledge. Great UX with logical steps and everything easy to find. The Expertise pages give full guidance on everything with simple step-by-step and video instructions.

The Symplify Email editor is by far the best, you can drag and drop and build a beautiful email in just minutes. 

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

There is nothing I dislike with Symplify. 

**What problems is Symplify Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In Gaming there is a lot of movement within teams, constant promotions and new junior executives starting. With Symplify I have solved the problem of having to constantly train and onboard new executives in the use of complex crm tools. With Symplify they learn quickly and can jump straight in. I had a girl starting in my team with no previous crm knowledge at all and she was building emails, segments and automations in just a few days!

I like to create new templates with the help of the owner of our account.

The looking of the platform. It's really Gray and because of this it's look like old school, but performant. 

**What problems is Symplify Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problems i see with this is we don't have a lot of ''template''. If we want something, we have to ask the developer to create it. For example a 4 columns or a big picture with a 2 separation at his right.

If we forget this part, Symplify is really stable. I always have a good service, fast and clear. The dashboard is perfect and clear. Also, i never had a ''send'' error or a default when i build a newsletter.

We have an uncommon and somewhat complex business model. Many new projects and plenty of ideas! Symplify is open and creative to our great projects. Always in solution mode. Summarizes the projects well and in a detailed manner.

I like the structure of each template, the ability to include multiple links, and the test option. This gives us a good preview before sending it.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

I don't like the way we have to update a single email. Our context (several stores that change numbers if they are sold) takes a lot of time to do this. Another thing, the colors are difficult to change if we copy an example from a previously sent newsletter. Last thing, I would have liked to have a notebook with the basic concepts or video capsules to learn this. I received the recorded videos from the person who held my position before, but it would be better if we could start from scratch with some basic training.

Soon, I will make an updated list with all the stores. I will do the proper segmentation to have more newsletter consultations.

I like the fact that there are a great number of options to make  and send newsletter. Patterns are nicely built up and you can navigate through them easily and add elements (paragraphs, images, titles..). 
Symplify's team is very reactive and will always provide help when needed.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

The platform design could be improved so that it facilitates UX. 
Also, it is a shame that we do not have more choices regarding typos.
Finally, could we be able to create recipients lists ourselves ?

A huge benefit is being able to create segments so that we can sort out recipients and produce tergeted content. The number of filters for segments is quite interesting.

The easy interface and all the report section.  The information is also easy to use.  Love the Step by Step email creation section.  

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

The recipients list to manage. If it's not well organize and updated frequently, the filter mode is pretty difficult to use efficently. 

**What problems is Symplify Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign reach, contest reach.  For our contest, it's give us more participants when we send a contest Newsletters.  It contribute directly into the % of participation.

I have a very good experience with Symplify, this user-friendly platform meets our needs very well. We always receive good and fast service when we have questions or if we encounter a small difficulty.

We receive a lot of emails when we want to approve an epush.

Symplify is great for creating, scheduling, and delivering company e-newsletters to mass audiences. As a freelancer, I'm very fortunate to be able to use this program.

Nothing really! Any issues I have, customer service does a fantastic job helping me quickly and efficiently.

Simplify allows me to create newsletters and mass emails easily and in a short amount of time. It also allows me to track the behavior of recipients with fairly comprehensive reports and statistics.

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

When you want to go further and personalize your emails, Simplify can be tricky. Especially when you are not familiar with HTML.

The platform is very user-friendly. There are several features in Symplify that we did not have in our other marketing automation tools. 

**What do you dislike about Symplify Communication?**

The integration to our Sugar CRM was complicated and there are still some updates to make but we are satisfied with the results.

**What problems is Symplify Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our open rate has increased by 10% compared to our old tool. It's also much easier to create newsletters and segment them with the right audiences.

It would be great to have an offline client. Web is great but offline would make it perfect.
