Company uses Symantec Asset Management Suite for all or our computer asset management needs. What I like most is the web based gui interface. Good to know everything you have, how you have it, what is updated, what's not, what's more, in terms of licenses, renewals, permits and other legal aspects of software and assets of T.I is really an impressively complex task. Symantec Asset Management Suite proved to be the support, the manager, the means to achieve control over everything related to this type of assets and to be in charge of IT audits as well as to improve the performance of software investments, to avoid leaks and limit the IT service to the points where it is actually being used, thus closing gaps and leaks. Applying this concept in Assets of Technology not only seems complex, it is in reality.
