They should be included with our account! **What problems is SwipeSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeSimple allows us to easily pricess credit card payments in our clients homes at the time of service or if they need to make a payment on an invoice and are not in the home, my admin team can easily help them process the credit card payment on the web! ### 3. Our bank highly recommended it because of its security. **What do you dislike about SwipeSimple?** SwipeSimple does not have a tremendous brand recognition, which leads to some hesitation for people to use it. **What problems is SwipeSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SwipeSimple to collect payments at our agency fundraising events as well as to process general donations for situations such as Giving Tuesday. ### 4. The ability to transmit a receipt via text or email cuts down on printing supplies. Having access to reports makes reconciling fast and easy. **What do you dislike about SwipeSimple?** Reports are not real-time. You can access totals at the end of the day, but the actual reports are available a day later. **What problems is SwipeSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can collect more payments because of the convenience of accepting credit cards. ### 9. Boarding merchants on this portal is very simple as the name suggests and gives clients access to many powerful features. **What do you dislike about SwipeSimple?** The Terminal application is abysmal. It has created numerous post-installation challenges and service requests with seemingly no specific cause and very inconsistent solutions to merchant problems. The solution is typically to reinstall the applications, but eventually, "try powering off and on" or "reset the apps" gets nonsensical. Support is slow, and heaven forbid you can't solve the problem yourself and it needs to be escalated - you're looking at 48-72 hours for a response. The primary challenge is that SwipeSimple seeks to alleviate its support issues to the MSP. They have created an application that works on top of the primary processing BroadPOS app. Sadly, SwipeSimple does not build that BroadPOS file, which creates a customer service burden on the MSP for their app's failure. In 100% of our customer service scenarios, the BroadPOS (TSYS in our case) app processes transactions without issue while the SwipeSimple app fails. **What problems is SwipeSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our initial goal with SwipeSimple was to provide our merchants with an easy-to-use omni-channel processing platform - where we can offer a streamlined payment interface from the virtual to the physical. We have since reconsidered this goal and are pursuing other solutions due to a combination of the exorbitant customer service burden it has placed upon our team and the lackluster support experienced from SwipeSimple. ### 10. I can view transactions through a filter which allows me to look at daily charges or weekly charges or pay period charges etc. **What do you dislike about SwipeSimple?** It is still subject to the fallibility of humans--that is, its users. Employees still manually enter some information by hand on their end and that information is often wrong or inconsistent. In order to assure all the information is correct, it requires going through the spreadsheets by hand. **Recommendations to others considering SwipeSimple:** It is compatible with pipelining systems, but you will need to double check data by hand to be sure that all entries are accurate. **What problems is SwipeSimple solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeSimple allows customers to pay with credit card in a way that is secure and intuitive for employees to use. It is mobile, which is excellent for a company that provides on the go services. It is compatible with our pipelining system, which means we can keep track of a complex network of jobs with multiple services in a way that doesn't compromise the data of our customers. Additionally, it is easy to train oncoming staff in using swipe simple as it does not easily compromise data or require much user experience to use. ### 11.
