It impacts various industries and offers great freedom of use.

Sometimes, a bit too dependent on the supplier for updates.

What do you like best about Witbe?

Flexibility, both scripting and manual test cases definition. Can be used for both monitoring on Productive environments and QA in preproduction environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Witbe?

It's expensive, to get 100% out of the system considerable resources needs to be dedicated and requires constant fine tunning and adaptation to properly cover automation and filter false positive error detection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Witbe:

Very powerful and useful tool for automation for both PROD monitoring and PREPROD QA automation. However is an expensive solution and requires constant resources dedicated to it. Professional services from WITBE are also expensive so i recommend to dedicate internal resources to set up and maintain the system, although might be hard and time consuming at the beginning in the short mid term will be paying back. What problems is Witbe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use WITBe for preproduction QA automated validation for critical path as a first filter to know if a release candidate has the required quality before starting UAT of new functionality.

WE also use WITBE on productive environments to detect problems on the main functionality before users detect them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
