SwagUp was an approved vendor for our company, hence why we used them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had working with a swag vendor. We launched a SwagUp store where individuals could choose their preferred combinations of swag, and several things went wrong. Emails went out to recipients before they were supposed to. Only one size was available for all clothing options (XS). Some swag options we had previously discussed were not included in the store. The credits functionality didn’t work, so no one could check out. I also had to follow up with the account rep multiple times for support and invoices.
Overall, the level of effort required to make this successful far outweighed any potential pros. I would not recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
