**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

Great options on merch - good range and having access to an account rep has been super valuable . I needed to get a few items fast and tehir CSM then worked to make that happen, including calling up the destination to ensure they were ready for delivery . Bravo !!!
Loving the UI on the site too

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

seems a timelag between order , creation , sending to distributuion and then mailing out . Obvioulsy only when ordering a new swag item . Once in my stock/store - its pretty easy

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to a range of products - Swag has been great at that.
One issue - they nede to send reminders about storage fees

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

I love the look of the site and how easy it is to navigate. There's a HUGE variety of products, especially things you wouldn't normally think would be on a site like this, like cocktail makers, blenders, etc. I've never seen another site offer custom branded small kitchen appliances like this one does. Plus the tape dispenser looks really funky, in a good way of course.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I wish there were more things with a minimum quantity of 1. Sometimes I just want to order something cool for myself or a specific person, and not a whole box or batch of an item.

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We give out swag to new employees, at trade shows, and for gifts or raffles. The amount of variety allows us to keep our swag exciting and fresh. I love that it's not just limited to t-shirts and cups that will probably end up in a donation pile or collecting dust somewhere.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

I like how streamlined and clean the entire website is. It's  easy to integrate into any business' gift giving as there are so many quality products to choose from and the website seems very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I could see the website eventually feeling limiting after you have used it a few times. I do feel that a large portion of the products they offer are already offered somewhere else or are typically part of a standard swag bag already.

I personally rather enjoy using Swag.com as it is one of the easiest ways to develop a swag box for potential giveaways or special gifts for guests.

The website is flawless. Finding what we need, selecting details, uploading art, and previewing are easy and a great user experience.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

As with all custom products, make sure you order well in advance. Some items do take 3-4 weeks to get to you. Dates are clear when you order and different for various items.

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to stand out at conferences and with the promo products we mail as part of a lead campaign. Swag.com products are high quality and unique, a perfect compliment to our brand.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

I like how after the order was placed, I had a rep who helped all the way through delivery to make sure the final product was great. I made a mistake in my first order (emboss vs. deboss) and they took care of it efficiently over email. Everything could be done through the site - upload image, see mockup, place order.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

The minimum quantities mean you need to be doing this for a larger part of your team. When our company was smaller, it sometimes made ordering more difficult. Now that we are 3x our size in the last 12 months, this is no longer an issue.

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a distributed work force across 12 states. Getting branded gear helps solidify our culture and makes people feel more connected. As we grow, our doctors also like to reinforce the amazing network of surgeons we have across the country. Branded gear helps us do this, further driving our culture.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

Everyone I have interacted with at Swag.com has been accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with! While we have received great quality items, what is even more important to me is how accessible the support team is. The team at Swag.com is very responsive, offers suggestions, and makes placing orders extremely easy! I have been impressed several times I have gotten my items sooner than originally projected by Swag.com. Something else that keeps me returning to Swag.com is the awesome point system where you can get money off of future orders. I have ordered from Swag.com several times and look forward to working with them on future orders.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I have ordered items from other promotional item companies that tend to have faster turnaround times than Swag.com. I have been impressed several times I have gotten my items sooner than originally projected by Swag.com.

The selection is great, but the customer service was even better. I was short on time, so the delivery date would have been too late. But when dealing with customer service reps, they were able to expedite my order and ship on the date I requested. I ordered gold and silver mugs for our staff holiday party and everyone loved them.

I haven't experienced the site enough to have a negative opinion at this point.

I am a nervous branded swag purchaser and am alway aware of lead time. swag.com's order, production and customer service team were so good at communicating updates and processes.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I had a split order going to 2 addresses. Their website doesn't have the ability for them to communicate that information. I had to get that info from customer service each time updates were needed.

The customer service was spectacular. The items came back with high quality, especially given the size of the product. The logos were clear and crisp. The items also arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely order from SWAG again!

There was nothing that I dislike about SWAG with my order. The customer service was great and the gentleman I spoke with was very patient with all of my questions.

Swag.com is a very complete platform with amazing ux and ui. You can do mockups for your gifts very easily and fast.  You have several options for giveaways, different brands and colors available. They not only send everything but storage your stuff for a minimum cost. It's truly great!

Large variety of items. Had just what we were looking for, the crossover minibag. The crossover minibag came out great. The staff was very helpful with making sure the logo and coloring looked good. The minibags arrived earlier than expected. Overall great customer service and the product came out great.

Really everything was great. Maybe there can be more options regarding the types of files you can use to upload the logo. However, the customer service was great and very helfpul when it came to uploading the logo.

One stop stop for ordering swag. Basically everything in one place which makes it easy to find and order what you need. Plus the items seem to be made and shipped out quickly which is a huge plus.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

Swag.com is dependable and has fantastic customer service; we can't recommend them enough! We needed to order items for a significant event, and the CS team went above and beyond to work with us so that the items would deliver on time and with high quality. They reached out with thoughtful questions, for example, confirming our brand color was correct because it was a bit off on their end, and they were right! I highly recommend and will continue to order all our items from them in the future!

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

Something minor, but there was an item that they had online that we wanted to order but had to get the budget approved before submitting – so I wasn't able to order it until the next day. When I did begin the process of the order, the item was replaced with a more pastel color which was confusing. I did reach out, and they noted that they had to pull the original color since they only had a small amount of the inventory left, which is understandable. It would have been nice if there was a note on the item or an update, so the experience wasn't so jarring.

Swag.com solved our business needs by offerings high-quality products and printing in a quick timeline for our events. The wide variety of choices they have on their website is another win and allows us to make sure we change up the things we give out every year.

For a first time user, it was easy to order and personalize, products were of quality, and customer support was fantastic! My supervisor actually commented on the quality of the pens when received.

Only had to contact customer support due to a small delay in receiving pens, but this was do to our change in artwork.

We are just starting to build out our swag inventory so what better place to start than swag.com. We are a small team, so the vast inventory of quality products and quick delivery is a game changer.

Swag.com has a great catalogue of swag to choose from. 9/10 times we've found something we're excited to customize and give to our employees. The thing that sets swag.com apart though, is the customer service. They've gone above and beyond to ensure timely delivery, help fix any mistakes I've made, etc.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I haven't found many downsides to working with swag.com. Sometimes their "hot" items are on backorder (but this just may be a supply chain issue -- we've noticed this with other vendors as well).

**Recommendations to others considering Swag.com:**

It's a great product / service. Would definitely recommend.

Swag.com has an easy interface, a ton of items to choose from, and makes it super easy to customize their products (with no design experience). They even have the ability to ship to all of your remote employees at once (instead of to a single office location).

My initial run of swag didn't follow my revised mock-up, which was disappointing. BUT the swag.com team made it right and were so kind throughout the entire process.

The website is very easy to navigate and put together the order for any products you might need.  I like that you can easily change product colors or switch different logos in and out to see the different layouts and how they would look on the product you are purchasing from swag.com.

Sometimes it is difficult to tell the quality of the product online and you don't totally know until it has arrived in mass quantity.

We use Swag.com to order swag for our customers and employees.  Originally,we were just purchasing swag in bulk, but we have started using their warehousing and distribution solution and it has been a game changer.  It is a bit pricey, but in the end worth it to save our team time and the ability to quickly and efficiently send swag.  We like to surprise and delight both customers and employees and send them gifts throughout their journey with us.  Swag.com helps us do that easily!

Swag is super user friendly. The website and branding is also extremely inviting! My company was looking for some water bottles that were sleek and matched the brand and we found just that.

I don't truly have a dislike. Swag was very responsive and really helped out when needed. I will say the editing and mock up software could be better.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

The members at Swag.com have continued to go out of their way to be helpful! This includes helping to rush orders, editing designs based on feedback and always providing updates when they're requested. We normally order their socks and after getting samples from other vendors, the quality of the Swag.com socks are top notch. We've also ordered their stainless steel bottles, sunscreen and pens - great experience every single time.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

There is nothing I dislike about this company or their products. I've always had great experiences and highly recommend to anyone looking for custom branded swag.

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are constantly going to tradeshows and use Swag.com for some of our custom giveaways - we always want to impress and give people top tier items they want to keep and continue to use.

Nothing maybe the option to design the shirt but that doesn't even count for anything

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

The mock-up time takes extremely long asked for expedited process said they don't offer it when it says so on their site. I even offered to pay extra. They gave me a time frame said if I approve mock-up quickly then it would get to me faster it is going over the expected time for CREATION not delivery. Other companies gave me the mock-up in the first few days and offered up to delivery in 4 weeks it's over a month now and nothing. Had I known it was going to take a ridiculously long time I would have never went with them.  I usually never leave reviews but y'all just keep this in mind. They also have a ton of other ridiculous fees I was willing to pay thinking they would be faster but they are the SLOWEST out of everyone I talked to.

Talking too long no benefits because what the point of a point person if they aren't even helping in any aspect of you getting your box might as well leave it up to the site.

Loved that they sent proofs of all the products we purchased on their site. Specifically - we wanted to get our gradient logo embroidered on black sweaters. Their proof of concept looked amazing - I asked for a slight tweak in the size of the logo, which they accommodated. Overall, I couldnt believe how good the gradient looked on our sweaters and our water bottles too :)

There wasn't anything I particularly disliked. The sweaters and water bottles even came earlier than expected!

Swag.com carries well-known brands and high-quality items.  I've ordered multiple times, and the quality of the imprints are always perfect. Customer service was exceptional with my latest order of infusion bottles. The deadline I neededed was tight, but my customer service rep kept me looped in, and everything delivered ahead of schedule.

Not much to complain about with Swag.com.

People love free giveaways, and for events, swag bag items are a must. Swag.com helps fulfill the gifting needs for my events, with their variety of items, and again, high-quality brands and products. No cheapo stuff here.

Swag.com has a good variety of options for ordering custom gifts and promotional items. Generally speaking, they give solid customer service and deliver on time.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

I've had a mixed bag of quality when it comes to the items produced. Because their items come from multiple production facilities, it's hard to know how something will turn out. Out of orders I placed, we've had quality issues with 2 of them.

If you have trouble with your order, be sure to make specific requests for a solution when contacting customer service.

**What problems is Swag.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolving the issues I've had with the quality control of the items has been hit or miss. In one instance, customer service sent us replacement items and didn't ask for the misprints to be shipped back. But in another instance, customer service asked us to send back the poorly embroidered hats to be trimmed up but offered no solutions to getting a sub-item to us in time for our event.

I was able to easily find the swag items I wanted to purchase for my company and was given a clear timeline of fulfillment. I even reached out to customer service to see if they could get me the shipment a few days earlier and they were very responsive and took care of my needs quickly. I have used them again since my first experience and have been very happy.

There wasn't anything I really disliked but I did have to purchase other items from another vendor because swag.con didn't have what I needed but that was to be expected.

I was able to do easy research on the swag items I wanted to purchase and their e-commerce platform made it super easy to order. Other vendors I have had to fill out a request, wait for a response and fill out a purchase order. Swag.com made this super easy.

The shipping was insanely fast! We had another vendor that took several months to get us swag for a different event and Swag.com blew them out of the water. The quality of the items was great too!

Nothing, everything was great! Everything was well packaged, nothing was damaged, and I'm pretty sure there were a few extras that we got of each item which was nice.

We ran out of swag and needed stuff quick, they went above and beyond in meeting our expectations for quick turn around! The cost was also really reasonable for both the product and the shipping.

Our order was not delivered on time and there was no warning it was delayed.
Communication was lacking. When it finally did ship, the email with the tracking link didn't work, the order link to track it didn't work (led to some internal shipping thing). Overall they look glossy but the experience was lacking. They did give us a refund but at this point we're over a month past christmas and it's just a poor experience overall.

I was trying to solve holiday gifts to remote employees. Pricing was alright but to have them ship out to individuals turned out to be pricier than anticipated, so it didn't alleviate that pain point for us (we will be shipping them to the office then shipping out from here).

Everything came exactly how I expected it and it was beautiful. I loved the mockups so I knew exactly what to expect. And I used my Macbook Pro with Photoshop and AI.

The one thing I did dislike is that I was very limited on the file upload formate and size of my file. If there is a way to expand that I think it would be great.

Take your time to look at all that Swag has to offer and I know you're going to love the final custom product.

**What do you like best about Swag.com?**

The customer service team is great. The team is knowledge of the products. Product quality is great. The tshirts are super soft, fitted and comfortable. The hats are amazing, We absolutely love our hats! They could not be more perfect for what we were looking for and everyone on our team is so excited about them. Tumblers are sturdy, notebooks have great quality leather covers and pens are amazing! Swag.com is a great service if you are a small company of max 100 employees.

**What do you dislike about Swag.com?**

If you want to order for multiple addresses, it's a nightmare of data entry work in the backend. For some items the color selection is limited. I would advise swag.com to provide variety of color palletes to choose from. Often times its hard to select colors that match or compliment company's logo. Additionally, production time is long and even with expedited option, it only ends up saving you 2 days. I would suggest making a interface where employees are able to enter their own addresses which will save the backend work. Lowering production time will also help as often times companies need product ASAP for various events. Recently I also noticed a lot of product sizes were out of stock, after logging into the account; a notice/heads up email to the vendors you works with would be appreciated regarding prodyuct shortages.

This is a good service for a small company managing a max of 100 employees, but for 500+ employees, the CSV upload can be a nightmare! Feel free to ask questions to their customer service team. They have a good customer service team that will help you recommend items and working with you to create the product for your company.

Using their service we were able to get our employees excited during COVID. It helps drive engagement as employees are looking forward to gifts/swags. Swag.com provides quality products that helps drum up the excitement in employees.

I was impressed with the huge selection of pens and ink colors to choose from. Swag.com's interface made uploading our designs, ordering and then re-ordering a breeze.

Production time took roughly a month, but we get it.

No one ever cared about pens until they got these new ones! I've received a ton of compliments on both how they look and how they write. 
This was a huge time saver. I was able to quickly compare products, upload a design, share it, and order in a tenth of the time it would have taken me through traditional channels. (Finding, emailing, and calling vendors.)
