Angelo and team we're able to supply us with a massive bulk order on short notice. I was completely amazed at the team's willingness to help me make everything work out. The event was a huge success and everyone absolutely loved the swag!

I had an impossible last minute request asked by my team. I wasn't sure the order was going to be fulfilled on time. Angelo and team worked their magic and made this happen!!

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

I've ordered my fair share of corporate swag, stored it, and done individual shipping. The process with SwagUp has been stress-free and perhaps even enjoyable! I like the in-platform editing of swag mocks, quick ordering, and never having to see big boxes of swag delivered to the office. They hold it and ship it on demand for a reasonable fee. It makes my life much easier!

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

Sometimes the initial mocks aren't consistent with previously ordered swag so there are unnecessary rounds of revision. The redeem pages are free, but that comes with the cost of time for their team to create them. I wish it could be done with the click of a button.

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Swag storage, option overload, on-demand shipping, and fewer monetary transactions.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

- Customer Support: SwagUp account managers and the warehouse team are incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and kind. They'll do everything they can to go above and beyond. (Shoutout to Nicole Padron!)
- Swag Options are high quality. I've sampled over ten different items, and each one has been of better quality than the competing brands.
- Ease of Use: SwagUp has streamlined the swag process and has made adapting to virtual events so much easier. Thanks to SwagUp, our gifting process is scalable as our company continues to grow.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

- The portal can be a little buggy and doesn't always update the inventory immediately.
- Shipping costs are not outlined upfront at the time of swag purchase.

Our gifting process is scalable as our company continues to grow. We're also able to gift attendees at virtual events using a streamlined process, thanks to SwagUp.

Some of the costs for lower ordering a lower of items quantity is a bit high. Would love to be able to one-off orders.

Their customer service team is fast and responsive. There have rarely been issues with any of my bulk orders but they will always reach out first if there are.

Has some issues with integrating it with another product, but the leadership was quick to take my feedback and provide alternative solutions!

I like how easy it was to simply upload our company logo and add comments to request adjustments. Also,I love how responsive they are in terms of all my questions.

There was one product I didn't expect to have prints on both sides which was a little bit out of surprise.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

There are so many practical reasons to use SwagUp, but I would have to say the most important use for me is the ease of creating and shipping swag to new staff members. The ability to dropship and have stock available is priceless when you don't have space to store at your location. The dashboard and website itself is designed very well, and very easy to navigate and communicate.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

My only two issues are the communication around the status of updates (which apparently is in process) and communication in the dashboard, which can be a little clunky when you are working with a more complex swag design process.

**Recommendations to others considering SwagUp:**

Try it out and see if it can save you some time and money, because time is money!

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My old process included scrubbing pages and pages of swag items, open an email and pasting in the item IDs, explaining what I want to the account manager and re-uploading graphics over and over again. Now, with SwagUp, I simply choose the pack, choose the SAVED graphic, enter shipping info, and click go.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

My two primary areas of joy with SwagUp were 1) the fabulous selection of products available for customization from hats to pens to air plants to tech gadgets, and 2) the straightforward process it was to create and design my unique SwagUp box to wow our new employees.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

The only downside is that the minimum purchase order is 50 boxes, which can be a little overwhelming for small companies that may not need to order as many right away. However, if you speak with their awesome support staff, they can work with you to find a solution.

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to ensure our new employees felt welcome, so it was important to us to find a swag box option that had high-quality products that would essentially say to new hires, "We're so glad you're here. Here's a little something to say thanks and welcome." And that's exactly what SwagUp is doing for us!

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

I loved the variety of different swag items available, from regular stuff like water bottles to artisanal products. I loved the webcam covers, masks, and blue light glasses. The custom mineral water was also a huge hit! I felt like we found something unique that could set us apart and remind our clients why we are so great to work with.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

The SwagUp dashboard was confusing for me, I felt like it wasn't intuitive and I didn't know where to click. The wording itself was confusing as well as finding where my custom boxes were, adding "credits" was strange, I didn't understand why I couldn't just pay for the swag items I had ordered and then pay for the shipping. Otherwise things were great!

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say that SwagUp is solving any problems, but sending out branded items to the people we work with helps us feel more connected to them and it allows them to show their support for us in a way that's not flashy. The items we sent were actually useful, not some crap that they want to just throw in the trash like you get at trade conferences.

Making our Wonder Doc Box was definitely a labor of love, but it was definitey worth it! Swag Up had a ton of options in products, pricing, fulfillment, and storage and we're so happy with our final product. The dashboard takes a minute to understand all the intricacies, but my account manager kindly and quickly answered all my questions.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

I've used SwagUp twice so far - once for branded items sent to individual employees and once for a bulk order shipped to our office. Both times the items ordered were of excellent quality and arrived with time to spare. Our rep, Asher, helped us closely through the order and fulfillment process and made it a really simple experience to get exactly what we needed. The professional packaging of the individual orders and ease of shipping/uploading addresses really helped streamline everything.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

I wish there was a cost-effective way or option to send one-off packages with handwritten notes as that's something we do for our clients fairly often, but overall SwagUp provides a seamless, streamlined experience for bulk orders.

We no longer have to coordinate, store, and individually ship branded items for our own employees and also have an easy way of ordering custom branded items in bulk.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

My representation, Nick, was extremely repsonsive and easy to work with. He answered all my questions quickly and happily. He was also transparent about delays and gave me flexbility when I needed it. SwagUp also had a solid amount of options for swag. We were on a budget so we could only choose a few less-expesnive items, but the options were abundant and seemed to be of great quality. Lastly, the SwagUp system is really easy to use. I was able to input addresses for 50 hires and ship them boxes within a matter of 10 minutes with no snags.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

The pricing felt a little high, but that's the way it goes with things like this I think - you pay for the convenience! In addition, the boxes were shipped 1-2 weeks later than expected, but because of shipping delays caused by COVID, I don't necessarily hold that against them. Lastly, I wish there was more transparency with pricing up front. For example, I wasn't aware that shipping wasn't include in the prices of the boxes when I obtained my initial quote, and I didn't realize there would be a charge to keep unsent boxes in storage at SwagUp. Worth noting though, I probably missed out on this information because I went through the site directly without first contacting a SwagUp representative - so, just ensure you work with a rep before making final decisions/purchases!

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SwagUp allowed us to send swag to new hires easily without significant admin work on my part or my team's part. The benefit was [hopefully] a warm welcome for our new hires without taking a lot of extra time from me!

The sales team -- responsive, on board, FUN. They were as emotionally invested in what the swag meant to us as I was. To work with an external partner that cares about the quality of the results and finding you the best fit.... that can't be bought.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

It happened where I ordered an item and turned out that it couldn't be done. That wasn't fun but the sales team and reps were helpful with finding alternatives.

Of course shop around for what suits you best but this is an A++ team with great product.

I had a quality swag vendor that I felt very loyal to, so when Mac at Commsor introduced me to SwagUp I was hesitant. Quality of products for our Testim customers is essential to me, as well as ease of shipments since I am running a ton of programs. SwagUp checked every box for me. From the amazing customer service (Shoutout to Joy, you are second to none and a large reason why I went with SwagUp) to the competitive prices to the user experience, this vendor is the swag vendor that you should adopt in 2021.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

0 complaints. I am the Simon Cowell of vendors and cannot shoutout this company enough.

Swag is an essential part of growing a community and brand awarenness. SwagUp's quick turnaround for quotes, ease of use in platform, and creative sales leaders all make for an increase in rewards for our amazing Testim customers.

The robust selection of high-quality products to brand. Once ordered, the storage, distribution on demand cuts down a lot of time/space constraints.

You're paying a slight markup on items, but I think the convenience of it all makes it worth the price.

That they made me (crazy Type A personality) feel comfortable about everything, every step of the way with what would be going out to our attendees when I was not able to be there in person to oversee things.

Nothing, the staff worked hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the process. Even answered all of my countless, detailed questions with a (virtual) smile.

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small staff and I am the only marketing person who would have had to order, oversee, design, and pack boxes for 500 people. SwagUp KNOWS swag boxes and makes the process as easy as it can be at a very fair price!

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

When it comes to vendors for swag, or "stuff we all get" SwagUp is one of my favorites. Their platform is intuitive and easy to use and they help solve major issues when it comes to sending clients swag. They can ship to most countries across the globe and charge a flat rate shipping fee - which is ideal for many reasons as shipping items by hand can be a logistical and time-consuming nightmare. It's very nice to have a vendor with a fulfillment solution so I can order swag, warehouse it, and ship items as needed. And it's all done through a very user-friendly dashboard. Their support is very responsive and helpful when it comes to issues that need resolving and I've had a great experience so far!

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

Sometimes our dashboard gets out of date with old orders. While it's nice to see the history of orders, the inventory section should be split into what's in current inventory and what's out of stock. We are waiting for the native Salesforce integration, which I've been told is in the works!

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping to countries outside the US has been a challenge that SwagUp makes very easy to overcome. Having a fulfillment solution built-in makes it easy to order items and send as necessary.

The products themselves. They came out so well.

We ordered swag and 3/4 of it was sent to our home rather than their place of business. One item we would have excused, but 4 items were sent in different packages to our house. We paid for the swag boxes to save us time, which will not occur at all.

**Recommendations to others considering SwagUp:**

It is your own choice. Maybe they are just having growing pains. We had our account deactivated after we paid them a lot of money, then an additional set of proofs was put in our account and is still there even though we have paid. Customer service takes forever to reply. Items were shipped to us directly so we won't have swag boxes for staff when we had planned. Swag up offered for us to send it all back but at this point more items are at our house than in their warehouse.

None. No benefits realized as of now. Could have used vista print and paid less for exact same outcome.

Shipping rates are clear and set in advance, it helps us gauge our costs and plan ahead. Also they were also to get our packages to Bali, Cape Town, and the no more difficult UK. Amazed and delighted.

Speaking to an AE is key because we have a beautiful and illustrative brand so just slapping on a logo wasn't enough for us. We went through a few variations in design and things were created and sent for my approval in record time, even with our time difference.

I would love a more complex access system to the tool, I'd love for some different level of permissions so that the team can order their own for each department, right now I will need to keep the access and get involved with other teams who are interested in Swag.

**What do you like best about SwagUp?**

SwagUp checked a lot of boxes for us. First and foremost, I've been having issues for years, even at previous companies, with swag and collateral suppliers offering inferior products (even after the sample items they ship to you look great, the end product comes out entirely different). The last thing you want to do as an organization is look cheap, and sadly, that's exactly the message some of the major players in the collateral industry have sent to potential customers.

The quality of SwagUp's products have been great and their design team realizes, for example, that I might not know exactly where to best place a company logo on a t-shirt so they take care of it for you, which seems logical, but almost every other company requires your to make this determination for yourself!

Additionally, with sales and marketing operations decentralized for the past year, having the ability to explore products, design, order, warehouse, and ship from one online console (with the assistance of my awesome account manager!) has allowed us to physically engage with customers through our Swag Packs where we otherwise would not have been able to.

**What do you dislike about SwagUp?**

I have no complaints related directly to SwagUp. All challenges we've encountered have had more to do with COVID-19 related supply chain issues and my account manager did everything in her power to make sure that our needs were taken care of.

**What problems is SwagUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we would order items in bulk, have them sent to our office, and then physically shipped out to individuals and industry event as needed. Given the decentralization of our operations since March of last year, this model was no longer feasible (I don't have a warehouse in my basement or a UPS/FedEx box in the front yard). SwagUp allows us to continue to order in bulk and ship to individual clients, plus their "redeem page" lets people easily provide their home addresses so our Swag Packs go directly to them and not the offices they haven't seen in 12+ months!

- Ease of Use - As someone using SwagUp for the first time, I was able to build a bundle and ship to over 100 employees (all with different addresses) using less than 2-3 hours of my time.  
- Secure - Uses Okta login / Securely stored address and size info
- Billing - Was transparent and easy to understand
- Integrations - Easy to upload employee information and the platform helped me to double check sizes and addresses too

The SwagUp Account Managers:
- Consistent - Answered my questions within 24 hours 
- Friendly - I could tell each person that I spoke with either chat, phone, or email cared about their customers/wanted to provide excellent service
- Turnaround Time - I expected for my swag shipping/procurement process to take longer than it actually did. Went above my timing expectations

Due to Covid-19, 2020 was a difficult year for the operational aspects of our business, but SwagUp made delivering swag simple and streamlined. 

Using SwagUp was a dream because I was able to ship out individual boxes of swag to all of our employees to their specific addresses rather than having them come into our office to pick it up. I enjoyed the customization that I was able to complete with SwagUp and the items I received were very high quality.

I plan to use SwagUp to deliver new employee welcome gifts in the future as well!

I've loved my entire experience with SwagUp thus far. From their interface, ability to source additional merchandise, and the great products they offer. They're also very fast with turning around mockups and designs. What prompted me to live a review, though, is my wonderful experience with our AE, Jordyn. She's taken such great care of our entire process of ordering a lot of swag, and has been so incredibly responsive and helpful. Great tool, great team!

I think the functionality of their interface could be improved — sometimes things don't allow you to approve mockups or it's not always clear which section is meant to accomplish which tasks. But it's pretty great as is, could just be optimized for a better user experience.

For smaller businesses under 100 employees their processes are error prone. On the back end things get lost from your project manager to the warehouse/fulfillment center so things are packaged wrong or missed all together. Unfortunately I have lost trust in their ability to ship correctly.

Sending branded swag to employees without having to store my inventory at home. Saves me a ton of time and space. All the inventory is stored there, when I am ready to ship I simply click and they do all the leg work to get it there.

As a small business, though the outright pricing we found more than reasonable, the 50 order minimum just made this an unrealistic option for us.  If we could order 10-20 at a time, even a 25 option would have been much more feasible.

I was highly impressed bye the speed with which I was contacted both at initial inquiry and then follow up with conformation of my package being delivered. And again, the quality of the materials was phenomenal.

Horrible customer experience. 9 days after submitting a swag request I had still never heard back and finally followed up again. I was put in touch with someone, sent them questions, then was left in the dark once again. I was then contacted by a totally different rep who bypassed all my previous questions. I was told there was a 5-week turnaround, then the very next day told it was 6 meaning my deadline had already been missed. Horrible customer management and horrible experience. Very fortunate for other vendors like 4imprint who will now get all of our business.

They are one of the most responsive (and positive) businesses I've ever worked with. Their people are genuinely happy to work there, everyone is super helpful, and the business they've built is top-notch. Our swag packs are exceptionally high quality, and their end-to-end inventory management system is spectacular, with plenty of opportunities for new features and growth. They are the player to watch... you won't be disappointed.

Their process wasn't entirely clear about how much storage and shipping was going to be (on top of the swag costs), but they listened to my feedback and quickly implemented changes to their sign-up workflow. It was resolved within days, and future customers won't have the same confusion. One of the fastest-executing teams I've ever worked with!

I wanted to be able to send swag to my customers to build brand loyalty. I found several other firms but none offered the complete service that SwagUp did. I was able to put pack together in a matter of hours, and watch the shipments as they got all the way to my customers.
