If I really have to look for things to improve on Surfy, it would only be the design of the tool.

- Knowledge of the number of available / flexible / tbr desks > allows us to have visibility on the occupancy of the building

I would suggest that you accompany us more strongly in the planning of the integration steps.

daily management of occupant data (import/export of data for continuous updates), reservation of workspaces, inventory and location of equipment, orientation of employees, interaction with MSOffice tools

the ability to manage furniture on our site while having the possibility to provide detailed and accurate information

several minor bugs that make the user experience less smooth

**What problems is Surfy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The allocation of surface costs between several companies per square meter is very easy to use and can be modified according to needs. Moreover, Surfy allows keeping the plans including the furniture up to date with the possibility of entering their asset code.
