What do you like best about SureMDM by 42Gears?

We need a mobile data management solution that works at scale. We use SureMDM, SureLock by 42Gears for our SentryERS emergency response system at Motorola Solutions for thousands of devices that are deployed at our customer locations. SureMDM is a critical support and management tool that allows us to have secure and seamless access to all of these devices in a simple and organized platform. What do you dislike about SureMDM by 42Gears?

The only item needed is as we grew we needed a way to migrate data from one environment to another. Currently no migration tool to migrate from a staging to production environment. The one issue that we had was 42Gears having the appropriate device brand and model enrollment file from the OEM. 42Gears had to contact the manufacturer to obtain it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureMDM by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

42Gears allows us to completely automate the process of enrolling and configuring a mobile handheld barcode scanner from out of the box new to secured and functional with our data collection software by scanning one QR code. The SureMDM product is one of the most robust and feature rich products on the market. Customer support excelled my expectations. Installation and setup were quick and easy. Within an hour we were able to push out a policy and have our new hardware in production. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great product at a very affordable price to checck out 42Gears and all their products.
