My favourite is that the software can make in-depth data exploration simple to access and understand for all members of our team irrespective of coding skills. It’s not the normal key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards; it allows us to delve into customer behavior information and make rational choices. By virtue of Supersimple, we become proactive enough and self-sufficient regarding what we do with numbers. I would recommend it very strongly for any business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm. **What do you dislike about Supersimple?** My appreciation for Supersimple is based on many aspects; however, there are some areas where it could improve. The interface is just a little slower while it has user-friendly features but it can be very frustrating when handling big data sets. Besides, customization options may appear a bit limited to the more advanced users and they may prefer a less restrictive approach in creating custom analyses.
