**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

Superokay is an excellent tool for organizing and presenting work to clients in a clear and professional manner. The interface is intuitive, the design is sleek, and the features offered allow you to structure projects well, centralize documents, and facilitate communication. I particularly appreciate the ability to create personalized briefings and have a shared space with the client, which makes exchanges more fluid and transparent.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

The lack of two-factor authentication (2FA), which is an important security feature for me. It would be reassuring to have an extra layer of protection, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOkay allows you to centralize all information related to a client project in one place: briefs, deliverables, documents, links, statuses, etc. Before, you had to juggle emails, messages, and files scattered across different tools (Drive, Notion, etc.), which wasted time and could create confusion.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

It's a good tool for collaborating with client, I like that I can create a client centric portal to gather information and share updates.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

There needs to be a proper survey function; I've gotten around it with documents, but given this is a client portal I'm surprised surveys aren't built in.  Development is also slow, took months to add a simple colour picker to the platform.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperOkay is a central hub I can use to gather information from clients without having to mess around with emails going back and forth.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

The surprises and delights as I am learning the product and how much more it is able to achieve.

One constant is the amazing suppot.  Not just talking helping out but suggestions and check-ins... SuperOK are and beyond OK!

Another standout features is its ability to streamline client communication, keeping everything in one place without the clutter. 

SuperOK's platform is incredibly responsive and designed for productivity, helping us hit deadlines with ease and clarity. The clean dashboard gives a fantastic overview of tasks, progress, and deadlines, making sure no detail is missed.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

I honestly have not found a dislike so far....

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

- The learning curve is fast, any doubts are answered in the blog and the dedicated support is quick to respond.
- You can upload all types of files without extension limits.
- Adding a new customer is very fast, template gallery make this activity super simple.
- 100% customizable, domain, login, automatic emails, everything!

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

- Currently there are no mobile applications, ios and android, having them would be fantastic but it is so functional on mobile that you don't feel the lack

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to create a dedicated section for a new customer in just a few minutes is fantastic. Having optimized this step has allowed us to be more efficient on a commercial level, we have created a template for everything and simply, based on the need, we duplicate it and put it online

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

I know that SuperOkay does a lot of things...but the feature I needed most was to be able to create fast and professional looking client portals. I had another software designed to do just that...but it failed on me. I researched to find an alternative and was lucky to find SuperOkay. I purchased a lifetime license and had the portal up and running in no time after launching the software. This was back in November 2022 and I have been using it since. I really should look into the other features of the software, because I know there are features available to me that I don't even use.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

I would prefer if there were more templates that fit my business. It seems very geared towards marketing and design work. I'm a business consultant and it would be great to have more project management templates to work from. I think the design efforts are to move you to using apps, but the folders I created for my client to load documents is a bit clunky. I can't move groups of files like I would in windows explorer. Instead, I have to move files one at a time. To resolve this, I am planning to integrate Google Drive for file sharing.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I still have not used all the features. I haven't used this for Contract Management, but do offer a CMS option for my clients. None have chosen it, but I would look to SuperOkay to provide that service for me, too. I needed a portal for client to share documents quickly and this works.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

So far my experience has been good. I've been able to ditch alot of other project management & file sharing apps after using super okay. 

It's being improved as users make requests or suggestions. I think that's awesome!

What I like best:
-Custom portal
-Team collaboration
-Client collaboration
-Email notifications.
-Creating templates for proposals, questionaires, & invoices.
-One stop shop for files, links, & more.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

Some of the formating doesn't match up when you make your own templates. It may look different when you download a pdf export. It might be my error, but i'm sure that can be fixed.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now do not have to hire a developer to create a space to manage documents. It looks more professional when it under your business name and not google or dropbox file sharing.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

The ability to load anything into the portal.
Super easy to use and great UI.
Been using it for a while after trying a bunch of clunky portals, SuperOkay continues to improve. You can make it work for pretty much any cases, whether internal, external and the messaging feature is a cool addition.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

Nothing to complain about, a couple of points highlighted to the team were implemented almost immediately and they have my other point of being able to restrict document downloads in their road map.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have a functional and adaptable portal for both internal and external uses.  
I tried a bunch that were a pain to use. 
On board people in an instant and the ability to embed forms / anything is a great feature.
Being able to customise the portal so it's on brand is a key feature, others I've used haven't been so easy, nor have had a clean UI.

A portal where – in a very nice design – we can add several automation through embed code and expand the possibilities with Super Okay.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

Super Okay is missing a real chatbot-communication element, but allows some popular chat-servces to be implemented. This list is still missing a few.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With its custom builder one can prepare proposal segments and other communication elements and reuse them in several proposals, to communicate with clients, and / or storing files.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

We've been using it for several months now. With Intuitive UI UX, even a non-technical executive or non-tech-savvy person might easily set up and launch a client portal for a new client. Even without onboarding, my team and I could do the task in under an hour.
Another fantastic feature is that I can embed anything (from Airtable to a NiftyPM roadmap, etc.) via iframe.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

To be precise: What is lacking:
1. I could not adjust the structure and style, for example, if I wanted to develop a process-based approach from steps 1 to 3 so that clients could more easily traverse.
2. No drag-and-drop document management. 
3. There is no analytics regarding who accesses or reads the documents.
4. Roles management needs to be more specific regarding who can modify and view (projects), among other things.
5. It would be great to have Invoicing form with an e-signing capability.

I hope the above is executed expeditiously.

A No-Code Client Portal as the Aggregator is hard to find nowadays unless you have programming experience. I believe SuperOkay set its benchmark. The rest of the features and next-generation portal development are expected to be more robust an

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

I really like the simplicity of SuperOkay. It's easy to set up, looks very professional, and, most important, it's user-friendly and not intimidating for customers. It provides a clear overview of a project and actionable items for the customers.

It's probably the first client portal system that my customers could use without asking me further instructions or refusing to use it because too complicated.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

There's nothing I dislike about SuperOkay. It does exactly what it promises, and since signing up for it, I already noticed several improvements and new features that improve the experience and add new useful options.

Sharing a quick overview of a project with customers. Having a clear outlook on what's next and provide simple action items to the customers, so that they know the project is progressing.

Love this product. It's the glue amongst my software integrations to provide a single source for my clients to see everything they need because of its ability to embed content directly into the page portal interface—a must-have product for integration dashboards and easy to use.

Some of the formatting options for the content onto the page itself are a bit limited but I believe that has more to do with conscious decisions to focus on integration.

Integrations of various content from different sources is the key problem solved. I also think its ease of use and intuitive GUI allows for quick launches and use.

I like that when I use SuperOkay to approach potential customers, I can feel confident that they will become my clients just for the first impression this platform provides.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

It is kind of confusing for people that use Smartphones for everything. It's handy on a desktop but not that user-friendly on the phone. A better user interface will be excellent on mobile.

It keeps my catalog of clients organized with an open communication door between us and helps me get all resources with their own spaces so clients can access their files without issues.

It helped us create a centralize dashboard for all the client / project related assets, resources, shared drives and action/todo lists.  

It helps by reducing the amount of time trying to manually find all the information shared through emails and going through the messy shared drive.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

The interface changes from the main client portal to an application-style interface.  It's a bit jarring to change the interface when clicking on a file on the main client portal.

It would be nice to keep the header of the client portal instead of completely changing it to a simplified interface.

It is allowing us to have a page that organizes all the client's assets in one area.  

Before we used to search all our emails to find all the assets and go through the messy shared drive to find what we need for the project.

Within 2 hours, I set up 24 customer portals, and my customers love it!

The platform is simple to setup, and relatively straightforward and easy to use. I've found it quite useful for setting up my clients dashboards, displaying their hours worked, marketing stats, files and uploads, checklists and more!

So far, the biggest thing I dislike is how overly simplified the tasks are. I'd love to be able to create sub-tasks, a more full featured text editor would be nice, and maybe the ability to add attachments to the tasks!

It's extremely intuitive, easy to set up and use, and it continues to improve over time.

Doesn't have integrations with Zapier or Clickup.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

I am absolutely loving SuperOkay so far! It is my dream client portal come true. I love that I was able to customize it to fit my brand and aesthetic and it does way more than I even realized when I purchased, which is a super plus in my book. I'm using it for coaching which is not what it was intended for but still works SuperOkay (😆) for it! I can imagine it's an even better usecase for what it's actually intended for! I'm able to have my coaching questionnaire forms right in the portal without an outside app and the form gets saved to the client's portal. One less integration needed is a win! So far it is looking to be the best hub out there, I missed this deal the first time it came around so it feels like a dream that not only was I able to get it now but I also actually love the software! Thanks for coming back, this was exactly what I was looking for!

Support has also been super responsive and helpful for me, hopefully they continue to be!

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

Some minor things that are not available yet (like off app notifications for both admin and client of assigned tasks or updates) but are on the roadmap, as the SuperOkay team shared that they are being intentional about revamping features to be more robust and user friendly! Support has been extremely helpful in getting me set up and troubleshooting issues i run into. I have confidence in the future of SuperOkay and it's use for my business.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally having a branded client portal that I absolutely LOVE and is working out for my needs. Every time I need to create a feature that would be useful for my clients, either SuperOkay can do it, or there is a super easy workaround that'll do it. I'm really loving SuperOkay so far!

SuperOkay is very easy to use. It's the first client portal I have ever tried to had concerns if it was necessary. I've quickly found it to become an essential part of my client management process.

In many circumstances I am working with additional freelancers in addition to the client. It would be nice having a private folder for us to work on deliverables before the client sees it

I'm a brand strategist and designer and SuperOkay was able to serve the requirements that I'm looking for in a Client Portal.

Things I love:

- that I'm able to onboard my clients in a portal that looks professional and easy to use
- responsive and looks good on mobile
- individual documents have their own URLs that I can just share with clients
- easy log-in for clients and they can even access the portal easily through their phones
- clients can easily approve my works and leave feedback through the documents
- all documents can be saved as PDF
- I can brand my portal
- the portal log-in looks amazing
- the support team is responsive and open to feedback and improvements

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

The platform is still on its early stages and they're still making a lot of improvements. lt would be amazing if there was more flexibility on the document builder and if I can customize the layout of the portal to match my process.

As a designer, the user interface is very important for me. I was using Notion before as my Client Portal and though it's more convenient for me to use, I wasn't very confident in the DIY feels of it.

Well-looking professional portal. Really easy to use and customize, has templates, is mobile-friendly, and helps you organize your job and client documentation.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

It has some little bugs when writing documents inside the platform (it's not as smooth as Word or Google Documents). Nevertheless, the final results are beautiful.

I have a design agency and use a lot of software. For my clients, it isn't always clear where to find what. Now they have a single login to find all their information. Mainly because of the option to embed links from other software.

SuperOkay is a young company, I am missing a few options, but I have been assured it is on it's way

SuperOkay's user-friendly interface makes it easy to create a client portal. Since I have recently begun using SuperOkay, I have been very pleased. I have onboarded a few clients on this platform and am thrilled with how easy and customizable it is. 

Here are some of the things I appreciate about SuperOkay:

1. The ability to create quick links to what I want my clients to easily access.
2. Documents that contain reusable blocks.
3. Creating a simple checklist for tasks. 
4. Building a knowledge base using reusable blocks.
5. Integration with third-party websites via embedding.
6. Colors and backgrounds are customizable.

Support is prompt and the application development is progressing well. New features and improvements are released frequently.

SuperOkay is still in its early infancy.  It needs the following to make it SuperGreat.

1) More templates - currently has only 19.

SuperOkay allows us to create custom dashboards to share project information, assets, tasks, and documents quickly and easily in a bespoke client portal. It's a great way for our agency to manage our clients and tasks efficiently. I'm betting it will boost client retention as well due to convenience and how easily they can track the work being done on their accounts. The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It's an excellent tool that will save us time and money in the long run.

It's not that easy to use the embed feature. When I tried embedding some things that aren't on this list, I kept getting error messages. But apparently, this issue is being addressed in a future update so I'm not concerned in the long run.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

Its customization to each client project dashboard makes it a big selling feature, but I would have to say the on boarding feature to my client with a simple email makes using it a breeze.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

There are a couple of features that still need some polishing, but my only true gripe that needs sooner attention is the adding of "team members."  There needs to be a set of controls by the main account holder to limit or restrict each team member.  Currently, all team members added have the same privileges as the owner of the account and that is a dangerous feature.

**What problems is SuperOkay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use several proofing tools for my graphic design business, with my most used and goto being Ashoreapp, which is great, but I needed something that gave the client access to more than just proofs of the design.  SuperOkay, gives me the ability to have all documents involved in a project, including direct embedded links from Adobe XD layouts that can be updated easily all within one simple dashboard.  I can also include pricing estimates for approval all in one place.  And I can see when they looked at it all.

**What do you like best about SuperOkay?**

SuperOkay has a simple and easy-to-use layout and design and the functionality of the entire app is pretty solid.  One of my favorite features is that they have created a document system that allows for input and actions from clients, much like a form generator but mixed with a word document.  This makes it incredibly easy to onboard clients and collect content. Plus you can make templates and re-use both entire documents, forms, and even parts of a document (think header design or certain sections). Their support is responsive and the development of the application is going quickly.  They release improvements and new features on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about SuperOkay?**

Right now the application is very singular in its use which is best for projects like a website build, but for clients that have ongoing maintenance plans where the client might put in requests and you and the client need back and forth interaction, SuperOkay is lacking a bit in this for now. There are semi-okay workarounds, and I believe some of the improvements coming will address this.

I run a boutique marketing firm. SuperOkay is a great solution for my business that is replacing Basecamp for my SEO, Advertising, and Web-Design projects.  The efficiency of these type of projects in the terms of client communication has greatly improved.

I am very happy with SuperOkay. I have been using it for 2 months with three clients to see how they interact.

These three clients have a digitalization process. With the dashboard I link the frequently used applications of the company. For documents, forms, appointments, sending documents, etc. I embed other tools. 

I use their templates to leave portfolios. Incidentally, I take advantage of this and download PDFs. It's not perfect, but it works.

It's not Basecamp, but it has what you need.

The team is growing, but they take feedback seriously and are making important changes. In English it is correct. In other languages it has slight improvements pending. I am confident that in 3-6 months from this review they will have polished up a couple of minor things. 

If you need simple portals it is a good choice.

SuperOkay makes it easy to build a client portal, with an intuitive interface, clean feel and lots useful features. I've been using it for 3 weeks and I'm a huge fan! I onboarded all my design clients into the app. The Solo+ Plan allows me to white label the experience and with the unlimited clients and projects I feel like I have an instant agency persona. The team behind the app is also very responsive, churning out great features on a weekly basis. I'm so excited to have found something that feels right for me and especially for my clients.

There are still a few things that I'm waiting on like a proper file exchange system, better integrations including with a payment system and other small fixes. But overall, it's a winner ✌️

Fundamentally this is an incredible concept and reasonably well executed. Refinement is needed to get up to part with competitors such as Qwilr and Better Proposals, but just about everything you need is there.

Support has become non existent. Seen a few other people facing the same issue - so I suspect it's pretty common. When you see these sorts of patterns it tends to indicate the company is in trouble. Product wise, just missing a way to bill customers / take a credit card. Anyhow, I need to look at alternatives sadly.

SuperOkay does help with sending and maintaining proposal. I've still not worked out how to get the most out of the content library capability, but the potential is there.
