**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Superchat is really efficient and saves us time, and with that also money, but automatizing processes and messaging. We use the application daily or I would even say hourly. I feel we have only scratched the surface of what superchat can do as we have just started with the app. Customer support has been fantastic so far - efficient and friendly.
It has been easy to integrate with Zappier and Pipedrive and easy to implement in the team.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

The only inconvinience that we have had up until now is that the messages sent don't register automatically in Pipedrive. This may be a case of trying to integrate this through Zapier.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superchat is making our communications smoother with customers and easier to track.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

The simple use of Superchat enables an immediate start to communication with customers. Creating templates and then sending them to customers works within minutes (although it can reportedly take up to 24 hours for Meta to approve a template). The guided integration and implementation was unproblematic.  
Sending images, PDFs, videos and links works and what I like best are the automations in which customer communication can be prepared fully automatically. The costumer support is kind and helpfull. We used it weekly to connect to our costumers, get in touch with them or offer some specials.

support is only available from 10 am. Sometimes that is problematic

Messages sent via superchat are read more often than those sent by conventional email

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

First we used WhatsApp Business. Only four people could work with it at the same time, which is not the case with SuperChat. Superchat brings together the messages, which are Super functions: Set messages to follow-up. Assign labels, assign chat. Unedited chats are not lost if you accidentally click on them, you have to consciously set the chats to Done and that's great!

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

If an assignment is removed, the chat disappears. You have to consciously go back and only then can you set the chat to done. Sometimes this also happens with the removal of a label.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuperChat solved the crashing problem. We can have up to 10 people working at the same time, which makes work much easier. the chats are loaded immediately.

Managing multible Whatsapp numbers in one tool. Easy Setup, good Support, Superchat is used every day by our support staff.

You can´t block any numbers at the moment.

Its ability to reduce the Communication time at the telephone up to 70% and do it via mail or WhatsApp all in one place

Only the missing ability to put selected asked attributes into attribute fields of the customer portfolio / customer card. But I think this will be provided by Superchat updates soon

It helps us to answer all pre asked questions by an AI Chatbot / Automated Chatbot. So we can Safe time and get informations we need, without the need of an amployee in the first contact time

Relatively easy to handle with good options for automations and organisation. All in all great to stay in concact with customers. The superchat support is great, the team helps out well and quick to integrate the program into already existing systems.

24h time limit to answer customers (for free) is sometimes a little short BUT nothing undoable

It helps to stay in close contact to customers. We as a hotel have a need of giving guests informations and want to able to make some good offers to them. Via  Superchat its easier and more personal then f.E. via Email.

Program is easy to use, the customer service is amazing! Friederike help us a lot to set up 2 accounts and now we are using the platfomr to send the marketing messages via whatsapp :) Superchat is now every day tool and helps comunicate better and reply faster to our customers  who are reaching us from different platforms.

We are still learning about the program and so far we have nothing to dislaike about the program.

Customers can have support from our custoemr service faster, it was much harder to maintain the fast response to csutomer using different platforms.

The handling works great, chats can be assigned to other people, and you can see every step exactly, who did what. The customer support also works very well.

The acclimatization or onboarding was somewhat more difficult, but completely fine.

Superchat features a good User Interface which combines all necessary communication channels like Instagram, Whatsapp, Facebook, Mail and so on. So you can see all the messages in one place.

The overview in the mail feature can get a little bit confusing, when there is a communcation history via mail.

All communications channels can be used and managed with one tool. So we don't have to let messages unreadf in facebook, instagram, Whatsapp and so on to not forget about them.

Automation sometimes cause conflicts, maybe more deatils are required for how to setup a successful automation.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

Superchat gives us the possibilty to inform our customers in a quick and efficient way. The customer recieves news in an familiar surface (WhatsApp). Customers can also replay and react to messages. Questions can be asked at any time and we are able to anwer them.

**What do you dislike about Superchat?**

We did not enjoy the set-up process. It seemed that we were some sort of special case and we waited up to 3 weeks before we were able to send the first message. In addition to this we hat issues with billing. Superchat sorted out all the problems and we are very happy to work with that company.

**What problems is Superchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we have used superchat, we only communicated to our customers in person, via phone or via e-mail. Newsletters can be efficient but never got any feedback from it. That changed with Superchat. We can send Newsletters via WhatsApp and customers can react to them and ask questions. 
Furthermore, we can ask our customers questions about there opinion to certain topics.

Superchat helps us daily to improve our support with WhatsApp. Thanks to personal face-to-face onboarding, the integration and implementation of Superchat went smoothly. The user-friendliness, especially with the number of features, is remarkable! If you do get stuck at any point, your personal contact is always there to help - the support is truly a 10/10 both professionally and personally! Superchat is highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable WhatsApp provider without any restrictions!

Some helpful features are unfortunately only available after a paid upgrade, which is understandable and not unusual compared to other providers.

**What do you like best about Superchat?**

We use Superchat in recruiting for our contact with applicants.

We are not only very satisfied with the software, but also with the price-performance ratio and the fast support.

The functionality and ease of use are truly unbeatable here. Communication with our own team is also very well implementable.

For us, the integration of multiple chat platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc., was very crucial. We can now manage, respond, and inform everything from one tool.

We are currently very satisfied and look forward to being able to participate in the further development of Superchat in the future.

In addition, the system is very easy to use thanks to the mobile and desktop app.

The live chat for customer support is also easy and quick to reach. We use Superchat daily in the company.

Missing interfaces. But that's okay for us. There cannot be a suitable interface for every different customer. We still find the tool very helpful in our company.

SuperChat has proven to be an extremely useful tool for me, one that I can use effortlessly and effectively.

The variety of features that SuperChat offers is impressive. From its simple user interface to its powerful features, everything is thoughtfully designed and user-friendly. Whether it's sending messages, organizing group chats, or sharing multimedia content, SuperChat makes it easy.

Particularly noteworthy is the reliability of the platform. I have never experienced any issues with downtime or delays. This has greatly facilitated my work and encouraged me to use SuperChat as my preferred communication solution.

I can't think of anything negative to say. I wholeheartedly recommend SuperChat.

The summary of all channels and WhatsApp Business makes many things easier. The automations are a game changer in many areas.

I find the pricing structure for the consultation somewhat non-transparent. Only upon use do additional booking options or extra costs become apparent. The analytics could be a bit more detailed.

Messages disappear. Conversations that are once marked as completed remain in the "completed" folder even after another message (even weeks later). They are overlooked. "Assigned messages" cannot be opened. "Assign messages" only has a part of the contacts available. Delayed response at the help desk.

Hard to say, there are so many great things about superchat. It's really userfriendly, employees love it and our customers enjoy to be able to choose their favorite communicaiton channel.

The only downsides are not superchat's fault but things that are not yet being offered by META for the WhatsappAPI. Let's hope that META gets everything going, so Superchat can get even better

e-mail communication, expecially with customers, can be annoying due to spam filters and customers only checking their e-mails once a day or even less. Communicating with customers via whatsapp and other social media channels makes customers reply faster and leads to a closer customer relationship. Customers being able to choose their preferred channel to communicate with us is a big benefit for them, for us, having all the messages from our customers wihtin one inbox, no matter which channel the customers choose, leads to a higher efficiency on our side and less browser tabs open
