What do you like best about Superchat?

At Superchat, we really like the very friendly customer service from the beginning. In advance, the colleague took a lot of time to show us all the features that might be interesting for us. The transparency about the price was also a criterion for why we chose Superchat. A second employee took a lot of time to set up our WhatsApp channels despite technical difficulties and answered all questions in detail. The communication was just straightforward.
