It saves time with having to write out a procedure that would include a lot of screenshots, steps, recordings, etc. This way, I was able to draft out a procedure through a demo, and my colleagues shared that it was much easier for them this way, instead of having to read so many words and sentences. I would suggest having more options to highlight important parts, other than the 3 options we have at the moment (callout, hotspot, etc). Also, I would like to be able to add emojis to the text to make it seem more relatable.

The reduncy of the langauge written by the AI. For example, saying Firstly, or Next or Afterwards foe each step is not required and it makes the langage sound robotic.
