Head Of Data **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Dominic C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023 **What do you like best about SUPA?** 1) There is the on-demand BOLT platform where you can very quickly kick-off projects or more bespoke Enterprise solutions for high volume work. 2) The ability to work together on defining specialised and automated workflows for scaling up annotation. We are working with Supa daily on large projects which have fluctuating volumes of data which Supa can handle. 3) Excellent communication. A lot of labeling companies do not excel in this area. Supa put a human face to the work and always respond very quickly. 4) Relationship building: Supa understand the need to build long term relationships so that they can be a trusted partner. 5) The capability to learn very specialised domains. **What do you dislike about SUPA?** Not a lot to put here. The main feedback I'd give is that it would be useful for them to provide more feedback on their general learnings from having a range of clients. For example this would be tips on how best to ensure a domain is learnt well. As labeling experts they can help their partners improve documentation to lead to higher data quality. **What problems is SUPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Scaling up our dataset size so that we can build more generalised models 2) Trusted annotation quality: Due to the volume of work we send Supa we can only review a subset of what is returned but quality is always high so this is not an issue. ### 2. Their team was able to adapt well to an entirely new domain - training their team of annotators to reach the quality that we desired. Additionally, they are very open to feedback and responsive, making the execution of the project much easier. **What do you dislike about SUPA?** We have not experienced any downsides while working with SUPA. Their team is always ready to adapt and meet our needs. **What problems is SUPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Help meet our data labelling demands and frees up our own team to work on high-level objectives ### 3. On top of this, it was very fast and efficient and reliable annotations. **What do you dislike about SUPA?** We had a pleasant experience. Nothing much to disagree. **What problems is SUPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to do annotations on our own, internally but now with SUPA we are able to save a lot more time.
