What do you like best about SUPA?

1) There is the on-demand BOLT platform where you can very quickly kick-off projects or more bespoke Enterprise solutions for high volume work.

2) The ability to work together on defining specialised and automated workflows for scaling up annotation. We are working with Supa daily on large projects which have fluctuating volumes of data which Supa can handle.

3) Excellent communication. A lot of labeling companies do not excel in this area. Supa put a human face to the work and always respond very quickly.

4) Relationship building: Supa understand the need to build long term relationships so that they can be a trusted partner.

What do you dislike about SUPA?

Not a lot to put here. The main feedback I'd give is that it would be useful for them to provide more feedback on their general learnings from having a range of clients. For example this would be tips on how best to ensure a domain is learnt well. As labeling experts they can help their partners improve documentation to lead to higher data quality. What do you like best about SUPA?

SUPA is committed to supporting our data labelling needs no matter how niche the data is. Their team was able to adapt well to an entirely new domain - training their team of annotators to reach the quality that we desired.

What do you like best about SUPA?

I've been using SUPA's service for a few years now and I'm really impressed with its flexibility.
