What do you like best about Subsplash?

Our church has used Subsplash for going on a decade, and they've always been great with customer support, adding new features, providing training, and more! The product is very easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subsplash?

They have several packages to choose from, but the premium version seems expensive for a non-profit. I would be nice if they offered an "a la carte" approach to be able to pick and choose the features that would work best for the organization, and not have to pay for things that we don't use. What do you like best about Subsplash?

Subsplash was recommended to me as a safe platform where I can post content and not be censored. I still feel this way and since my previous review, they have made it even safer and provided a way to make content only visible to people I want to see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Subsplash?

Since my last review, I have to say that their customer service has improved, even though recently I had a customer service rep contact me under the guise of wanting to help me grow my platform and then pitch me their new Pulpit AI product. I felt annoyed by the sales pitch, but after looking at Pulpit AI, I did invest in it and I have seen social media growth as a result of the product. The use of my Subsplash app is stil l low and mostly no one uses it despite the hundreds of pieces of content within it. People want to use social media and not mobile apps built for churches.
