We no longer have to manually input member data into three or four different places to complete standard tasks; everything is now streamlined in one location, which has significantly improved our workflow efficiency and saved us valuable time.

I've used other church management solution and other church website publishing solutions and what I like most about Subsplash is how they integrate both into a single solution. Their strengths are in website publishing, mobile app design and publishing, and video/audio recording, livestreaming, and publishing. The church management solution is good enough, and improving every year. Their modern solutions are in what they call the Dashboard, and everything in the Dashboard has a clean and moern user interface. They have a legacy side called Management or Fluoro - this side is weak and dated. We still have to use the legacy side for Volunteer and Service Management. Pretty much everything else is on the Dashboard side now with good performance and user experience. Our church uses the following Subsplash features: People, Communications, Events, Check-In, Giving, Website, Mobile Apps, TV apps, Livestreaming, Podcasts, and Volunteer Scheduling. I would say the pricing is mid-range, not the highest and not the lowest. Their AI support, built-in to the Dashboard is the best I've sever seen. I use Subsplash as a hub for all church-related activities, including livestreams, previous content, podcasts, event registration, tithes, and group communication. I like how user-friendly the platform is, the accessibility of the support staff, and their ongoing improvements. It keeps the app from becoming forgettable to our congregation and allows our church to innovate alongside Subsplash's innovations.
