**What do you like best about Stylo?**

The best feature of stylo is that it can translate the messages to any language and makes communication easy and smooth. It is very easy to install as well ad to use. It is an amazing tool that gives a nice user experience.

Have nothing to dislike about stylo, it is a very cool tool

**What problems is Stylo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stylo has been helping me to get quick and proper responses to the queries and inquiries of the students that too in very less time. Stylo comes very handy while dealing with answers for large amount of questions. It makes communication much easier hence helping me save my time. Also it is very easy to install and simple to use.

One of the things I like best about Stylo is its versatility. Whether you're jotting down quick notes, drafting a detailed essay, or even composing code, Stylo provides a seamless writing experience. For example, I can effortlessly switch between different writing modes, such as Markdown for formatting and plain text for simplicity, making it adaptable to various writing tasks.

One aspect I find challenging about Stylo is the lack of integration with certain platforms. For instance, while it works smoothly on desktop and some mobile devices, it may not sync seamlessly across all platforms or offer robust collaboration features like some other writing tools.

Stylo addresses several common writing challenges, such as distraction-free writing environments, organization of ideas, and formatting flexibility. **What do you like best about Stylo?**

Stylo helps to enhance the productivity by easily identifying the tickets and accordingly prioritise them. Also its translation feature is amazing, it can translate message of any language. It automated responses of the tickets faster using generative AI with chat gpt making the resolution of the ticket easier.

**What do you dislike about Stylo?**

As ofniw stylo has langaugae translation feature, initially it was only one in english

Stylo helped to provide resolution to the ticket in faster and easier manner. It saves a lot of time and hence improved the productivity. The ticket prioritising features helped to avoid any customer escalation proactively. The features like translation of language from any to any is a great advantage that helps in effective communication

Stylo is the best AI assistant for responding to customer mails and business queries. With Stylo you can quickly address all mails at speed and ensure adherence to TAT. Bring in the best customer support with Stylo.

It involves a bit of learning curve for new employees.

For retaining customers who want a balance transfer from our bank to any other bank, we are able to draw up apt reverts for them by providing them after sales benefits and reduction of certain fees. These mail confirmations are written very professionally with Stylo.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Stylo, and I must say it has truly redefined my expectations when it comes to style and functionality. What sets Stylo apart from other products in its category is its seamless integration of aesthetics and practicality with AI addition.

First and foremost, the design of Stylo is nothing short of impressive. The sleek and modern aesthetics make it userfriendly in any setting. **What do you like best about Stylo?**

Stylo Assist has been a game changer. My support team was manually responding to every ticket that came in tapping out around 30-40 per day. Our backlog was atrocious. Anywhere from 3 to 5 days backed up. 

In 1 week with Stylo Assist we caught up.

Game changer.

**What do you dislike about Stylo?**

We do support in multiple langugages, so before they released the multi-lingual Stylo Assist features it only worked in English. Now they have any language available to use.

**What problems is Stylo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Reads and understands every customer interaction
- Generates a unique response for every ticket
- Finds similar tickets and Zendesk Guide articles

All of this saves my team a TON of time. We were able to scale up without hiring more agents

**What do you like best about Stylo?**

Choosing Stylo was one of the best decisions we made. The automated responses save us so much time and effort, allowing us to focus on more complex customer issues. But what really sets Stylo apart is their support and speed of innovation. It feels like every couple of weeks they are coming out with something game-changing and exciting.

**What do you dislike about Stylo?**

There’s nothing to dislike. I suppose every AI could be better, but it’s the best we found and I can’t take away points for that.

**What problems is Stylo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been growing incredibly fast, and hiring and training is incredibly difficult. Stylo has helped fill to gap to make our existing team more efficent, and onboard new agents fast.

I love how stylo not only reads our other tickets but also reads knowledgebase articles resulting in responses that are polite, friendly, and fully cognizant of our unique policies.

Stylo has been a game-changer! With it’s AI, our agents breeze through responses effortlessly - It's like having a smart assistant on demand. We looked at alternative solutions and Stylo was not only less expensive, but better than all of them.

**What do you dislike about Stylo?**

The only thing I'd consider a downside is how quickly they release updates. It's not a real problem for us because we are a nimble fast moving team, but for someone who wants a product that never changes this isn't it.

Stylo is effectively an assist for every agent. It researches solutions and helps write fantastic, brand-aligned answers in any language.

The initial learning curve of using the app might pose a minor challenge for new users, but their newly released UI addressed most of our concerns.
