"Effortless to implement, easy to use, and truly drives engagement"
What do you like best about Strove?

We introduced Strove across our business as part of our wellbeing strategy — and it has quickly become the most loved and actively used platform in our toolkit. Adoption was immediate and sustained, which says a lot about how intuitive it is.

Implementation & Integration:

The setup process was seamless. Strove integrated easily with our existing HR and communication platforms, requiring minimal admin effort. Their customer success team guided us from start to finish, offering proactive support, tailored onboarding materials, and regular check-ins. It made the whole process refreshingly simple.

Ease of Use & Frequency:

The interface is clean, user-friendly, and built for real people — not techies. Our employees use it daily, tracking movement, engaging in mindfulness challenges, and enjoying the social leaderboard. The consistency of use across teams has far exceeded expectations.

Impact:

Noticeable improvements in team morale and engagement.

More conversations around wellbeing at work.

Real behavioural shifts — more movement, more mindfulness, and more energy in the workday.

Meaningful rewards that reinforce healthy habits.

Support & Ongoing Value:

The Strove support team deserves special mention. They respond quickly, listen carefully, and genuinely care about user experience. Updates are frequent and relevant, showing that they’re continuously improving the product based on real feedback.

In short, Strove combines simplicity, support, and substance. It’s more than a wellbeing app — it’s a culture-building tool that helps organisations make wellness part of everyday life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Strove?

I can honestly not think of any downsides, only upsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"positive experience, but the 200-point weekly goal discouraging-to the highest activity point system"
What do you like best about Strove?

provides valuable resources on health, fitness, and mental wellbeing, and helps me stay on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Strove?

Here are the 3 things I don't like about Strove:

1. The 200-point weekly goal is challenging to reach due to the highest activity point system, which can be discouraging for those struggling to stay motivated.

2. The app is slow to update, doesn't synchronize correctly with my linked app, and I find the point system confusing.

3. I'm disappointed that only expensive app-enabled watches are compatible with Strove. As someone who prefers using their watch, I feel that this exclusivity creates a barrier for those who can't afford these watches, potentially discouraging them from using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
